Score from 482 reviews Good
Located off of Interstate 405, this pet-friendly hotel is within 2.5 miles of Starfire Sports Complex. It offers a free area shuttle, a continental breakfast and a small DVD and book library.
Score from 84 reviews Very good
The lighting was too bright. I would prefer lower wattage lights or dimmer switches that could set the ambiance.
The rooms were spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Even though the was construction the rooms were totally noise free. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of freshly cooked food or made to order breakfast entrees.
Place is datef
The bed was to weak and bouncy.
Breakfast was great.
Parking was a bit high and not that many spaces
Evening snacks to accompany the drinks were mediocre at best. Morning breakfast was good but food was not kept hot. The kitchenette sink only had cold water, very inconvenient. The housekeeper on Wednesday who received a $5 tip, did nothing, not even clean glasses as requested - and we never had them do the bed (our request). To be charged for parking in an outdoor lot is ridiculous!!
The two room suite, front desk staff, head of housekeeping very nice, having a refrigerator and microwave, general cleanliness. The hot breakfast was nice. The housekeeper who did our room on Tuesday was great, made some nice touches to thanks for $2 tip. .
The room was very plain and dated. Very cheap uncomfortable furniture. You don't expect luxury for that price but Embassy used to be the best value in that price range. Not so much anymore. I could smell Marijuana on the elevator and there was a large party in a room on the floor above us. There were a lot of soccer families staying there with small children the night that I stayed which was nice the next morning when my son and I had breakfast.
I left my coat in the room and the housekeeping staff held it until it could be retrieved by my wife who happened to be traveling to Seattle the following week.
the internet with cost
Charged for parking which seems pretty ridiculous given the location of the hotel (not a downtown location), self parked, and the parking lot was not covered or particularly convenient. Also the interior layout of the hotel (atrium) and lots of kids playing on the elevators and running around the floors resulted in a very noisy night for our son who was sleeping in the living room section.
Room was very spacious, highly suited to some who would want to meet with clients or do business in the room while keeping them out of the sleeping area.
We ordered from room service at 10:45 and never received our order. When we called the fron desk to complain, we were told they were an independent contractor and the hotel could not help. We were given the number of a nearby restaurant that delivered, but when we called there was no answer. Also we could not take our beverages into the pool/spa area.
Nice comfortably designed room. We liked the complimentary evening cocktails and breakfast and the overall ambiance.
Cranky staff at the breakfast buffet wouldn't even fill the coffee containers-told me to go to lobby to get coffee
I never heard trains slept very well
Parking should be free
Breakfast was good
for price, internet should be free in rooms.
The full breakfast.
No free internet
My roadtrip from California to Seattle had turned into a nightmare, when another Hotel Larkspur Landing Renton lost my reservation and I was left with no room for 2 nights. I was traveling with my Father and two dogs. Very upset I contacted Bookings.com and they got us a room here. It was great when I got to the lobby, it's like they were expecting our arrival. The front desk personal was awesome and friendly and helpful during our entire stay. Which made up for the other hotel. I highly recommend staying here. Loved that we had free breakfast and happy hour in the evenings. I would stay here again for sure.
Internet is chargeable
I lreally like room size shuttle bus
Breakfast only to 9 am. Expensive. Had to pay for overnight parking, unusual for this location.
Room has good curtains keeping the room dark for a good sleep.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. They accommodated our need for an early check-in and late check-out with no issues. The shuttle to the airport was seamless. The free cocktail hour and morning breakfast was over the top. Their atrium never disappoints. We loved our stay and always love Embassy Suites. Exceptional service!!
The front desk person who checked us in was rude. I was the only one there and she ignored me for 5 to 10 minutes before asking if I had a reservation. No smile and no hello.
Close to Starfire soccer complex and access to airport.
Excellent location, easy access to to the freeway to Seattle. Very clean and they had an excellent breakfast.
Hotel needed an update Looked worn out
Breakfast was superior to any place I ever been Outstanding service
The service coming from a guest agent who rolled her eyes at me as well as did not give me any updated details about the hotel nor any amenities. Her service left a impact because Im in the hotel industry and never would treat my guest the way I was treated
At the day I checked in, an employee who were fairly new was the most professional an pleasing guest serving agent. I loved the fact that they were fast responding to the fact my toilet overfloaded
