The staff was wonderful! We enjoyed Bruce and Jinnita at breakfast. Tyler for our shuttle needs and John at the managers special. Friendly and very enjoyable.

The staff was friendly and outgoing. The bed was comfortable. This hotel pales in comparison to other Embassy Suites we've stay at. It's two stars at best. The "cook to order" breakfast was an omlet. All other items could be found in a $50/night establishment. The $15 + tax to valet park was certainly an over charge as was the $ 8 to park your own car. This should be provided cost free. On top of that we got charged for both. Naturally the self park fee was taken off, but should not have happen to begin with. The breakfast area was not adequate for the large numbers of poeple trying to get food. Poorly layed out. Two stations for coffee away from the food area is needed. Bath had run down feel. Not a good experience at all for $150+/night.

The staff was wonderful and over the top friendly and helpful. The shuttle was great and an added bonus since we had no car with us for the day. Pool area needs some updates done and traffic was loud at times

We liked the spacious clean rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I am not sure what the final $50 charge was for. I know the room rate and the extra breakfast charge, but the $50 was a surprise

This was the best hotel experience I have ever had! The staff was super kind and the room was fantastic. You were able to get a lot of wonderful amenities for a great price! I would have liked for wireless internet to be free in the rooms.
