- clean - cheap - nice location
- paid wifi
free breakfast that was made to order the separate living room location to sites restraunts around the hotel for additional choices in eating
couch in living room a little tired. pillows on couch tired and also the arm chair was tired. Carpet had some stains on it but not bad. overall it was very clean just visually could be updated.
The staff were so friendly The Hotel itself was very clean Food was very good The room was so comfortable
Free breakfast and free cocktail hour were nice perks. Close walk to many attractions. Room was a good value.
Thin walls--you could hear people through the vents/walls constantly.
It was at a good location, walking distance (if you are willing to walk at all) to the metro station, smithsonian and white house. A bit expensive but the rates were more or less the same for the hotels in the area.
Wish it was a bit cheaper. Also not happy to pay for internet.
Well located for downtown, museums and the Convention Center.
Had a party going on in the suite next to us all night. Our rooms shared vents, so we heard EVERYTHING as if they were in the room with us. Four calls to the desk, no satisfaction. At checkout they offered to comp the night. Would rather have had the sleep, though.
had my daughter sleepover here. and i would not have ask to stay at a better place..
That bed was so very comfortable! The room was clean. The staff was nice, polite! My car was brought from the garage promptly. Breakfast was free and good!
Their was an discrepancy with the daily room rate and I had to pay about 22% more than the amount quoted to me by Booking.com. Plus the person never returned my call when I called to complain about that issue. And I recieved sticker shock from the daily parking fee.
Very nice location. Nice room with a great view.
Walls are very thin. Too many children and families making lots of noise. Crowded breakfast with long lines. We listened to a baby crying in the next room literally all night long the first night.
Convenient location and comfortable, spacious rooms.
Close to Chinatown attractions namely the Verizion Center. Free Happy Hour drinks avaliable (limited selection). Free internet over holiday weekend. Free breakfast (limited selection).
Tolilet smelled like raw sewage had to keep the lid down and door closed. Walls are thin so you can hear the people next door in the hallway. Bellhop not avaliable when I had a lot of luggage.
We loved everything about this hotel. Would definately recommend to others. Even the pull out bed was comfortable. Staff was great. Suite was spacious and comfy.
Parking was pricey.
Room Staff Complimentary Evening Reception Breakfast Location
loved the location
pool etc outdated charges for wifi not user friendly
location, substantial breakfast included, comfy beds, happy hour.
Walls were thin--if next to a noisy guest it could be a long night. The number of people waiting for breakfast outnumbers the capacity of the restaurant...had to wait quite a bit.
Bed was extremely comfortable and omelettes at breakfast were delicious.
The toilet flush was very noisey and could hear noise from other rooms quite easily. Also wasn't informed of the additional upfront USD$75 a night for 'incidentals'.
We had a nice double room, really comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with ommelettes cooked to order in an efficient process. Happy hour was also good with good quality food and drinks for free. In our rate access to free vending machines with food (chocolate bars and chips etc) and drinks was included and this worked well.
The staff was not too interested to help out with small problems. For instance, they could not recommend a medical doctor when one person developped a fever.
Great breakfast, room was confortable, a good size and clean.
What's not to like?
Overall very good value and an excellent location for the city. A very welcoming staff in all areas of the hotel and we would recommend a stay. The breakfast set us up for the day!
Décor in public areas looked a bit dated
The bed was not low to the ground. It was extremely comfortable.
No free internet;;; Refrigerator a little small
not too far from metro system, not too far from Chinatown. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.
hideabed was not comfortable. long line for breakfast. bellboy took forever to come so we brought our own luggage down before departing.
Staff was very helpful and friendly
Parking was pricey
The value for the weekend was great. $150 a night on a 'non-busy' DC weekend was nice.
When you check-in, they make you sign a "no party' waiver. And I understand why. There were quite a few teenagers there late on a Saturday night to party. Be warned.
