Clean comfortable rooms. Excellent full, hot breakfast. It was a great choice. Will do again!! Parking in the garage is not easy

Remodeling of lobby....clean rooms & comfort beds Breakfast......wanted made to order pancakes & was told they were already made, but they were cold.....looked like the frozen type. All the food that were suppose to be kept warm over the burners were cold.....potatoes, sausage, gravy for biscuits, etc. Very disappointed. Happy hour was okay.

Our stay at embassy suites was as expected. A bit expensive but you get a good service in return. Breakfast is included and very large. Rooms are very spacious with separate seating room. Close to the 2 biggest shopping malls in Dallas.Not close to downtown.

- kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten - sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter am Frontest - tolle Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung - tolles Frühstück, der Koch bereitet einem Frisch Omelettes etc. - toller Zimmerservice, frisch zubereitete Gerichte mit einer relativ großen Auswahl - lediglich die Lage ist nicht zu 100% optimal

The staff was excellent. The breakfast choices were great. The happy hour was well handled. The manager handled the difference between our booking rate and the rate their computer wanted to charge The rate we booked through Booking.com was not the rate on the final bill. Management handled quickly and in a very nice manner. What's up with a difference between Booking.com & the hotel. Better check on check-in.

It was fine. Nothing specific. Very crowded with rude, rowdy families with no manners. The hotel should control that kind if thing if you want a classier image.

Great facility One elevator was down which made it very time consuming to get downstairs. Make sure you arrive to breakfast closer to the beginning , towards the end they ran out of cutlery and plates and cups which was difficult.
