My family and I stayed at this particular resort last year (2631 Emerald
Island Blvd) and had numerous problems startying with the refrigerator
not working, which I had to call the maintenance office 2 or 3 times.
Cable and Internet not working, Pool Heater not working. I said that I
would not ever stay here again, but I talked with one of the Project
Managers and she persuaded me to give the resort another shot and that
she will make sure everyting is set to my approval (the customer). So, I
booking the resort again this past weekend Nov 21 -24, with a early
checkin on the 20, and what do I behold, I',m booked in the very
same resort home again, so I'm already having second thoughts of
what have I gotten into. First of all, I'm self employed and have a
lot of message traffic and email to go through daily, and the cable and
internet is not working in the house, so I had to wait unitl the nedt
morning about 1100 to get a technician to come by to fix the internet,
in which one of the cable was completed broken off. Next probelm I had
was the pool heater again, I requested to get the pool heater turned on,
but the maintenance coordinator said that I wasn't staying long
ehough to get it turned, but she will send a tech by to check it out.
Once the tech got ther, it turns out that the pool heater motor is ooc
and doesn't work at all, so I could not get the pool heated anyway.
So I called the maintenance coodinator back again and request to have a
tech check out the spa and filter system since the weekend was going to
warm and didn't need the heater. She said that she will send out the
technician to check things out, nobody showed up the entire weekend.
