I like nothing from this place, dirty place , and dirty people.
I like nothing from this place, dirty place. Dirty people.
In my room there was no tv, no phone, no toilet, no chairs, no table, no bath tub. the bedding had stains, hair. people runing in and out of the building all night. no elevator and i was on the top floor (7 floors). no lighting at the top of the stairs. it was dirty in apperance. it was across the street from a club and there was loud music until 2:30 a.m.
The only thing okay was location.
* The listing was for 2 1/2 star, but it is really a 1/2 star place. * I felt less safe in hotel than on the street. * The shared shower door was not attached. * The shared bathroom door had no lock. * There rarely anybody available at front desk. * The carpet was sticky don't even want to guess by what.
Everything! Holes in the walls, broken windows, dirty or no sheets, no towels, shared and dirty bathrooms. Homeless people sleeping in the lobby, weed smoke on every floor! HORRIBLE PLACE! Please, don't ever come here! It's worst than a horror movie!
this place is more like an apt building than a hotel/hostel where there are only 2 bathrooms on each floor. When we walked down 6 floors, only one bathroom was available but you cannot really close the door. There s a smell of pot everywhere, and someone that stayed before peed in the closet.
Cheap Convenient Location
Dirty facilities (excluding room) No power (No electricity supplied to rooms) Shady clientele No internet
good pricing, good connection to downtown San Fran + Berkley
singleroom with shower was single room with (unlockable) shower in corridor. Room #1 contained a nonfunctional fridge + a table + nonfunctional electric outlet, room#2 contained a single bed, a functional electric outlet but nothing else. General standard was "worn down"
The location and its rate.
Bath room and wash basin need renovation. Window curtain be provided. Electric fittings to be improved. Table and chair needs slight improvement without increasing room rent.
Everything was terrible
I didnt like anything was the worse that l ever had!!
That there was no old carpet in the rooms. Just hard wood..
That the elevator dosent work
I didn't like anything about this motel. At all.
First of all the check in time is from 2-6. We arrived around 145 and thought we might check in early but no one was there at all. We waited until 315 in the lobby until a guy who doesn't normally check people in finally gave us the key. The room was tiny. No private bathroom like the website says. There's a twin size bed. A weird closet shower and a sink. The room was filthy and had trash everywhere. The public restroom has no toilet paper. No towels. No telephone. No wifi. No parking for hotel guests. We spent about 60$ in parking across the street for a different hotel. The commute to SF isn't bad. We avoided coming back to the hotel at all costs unless to just sleep because it was so eerie. I felt unsafe. The whole 4 nights we were there I barely slept because there was people walking up and down the stairs. Random lady going through the trash at 2 am. People talking about drugs, etc. it was definitely the sketchiest motel in Oakland. If you have any extra money please please get a different hotel/motel. Do not bother with this one.
this place is a health hazard. filled with so much mold you can smell it. garbage always piled up on each floor with flies. place is filled with crazy tweekers. bed bugs. dont stay here. no security. staff is never here and they rip you off by over charging you!
What a shame businesses conduct themselves in such a shady manner.
It was really cheap.
The whole thing was kind of sketchy. But what can you expect from that price?
Location of being only 2 blocks from BART and city center along with good view of Tribune clock tower. Locals are generally more peaceful and mellow and keep to themselves far more than the mad San Francisco crazies on a constant rage.
No working lift or elevator and had to climb to 6th floor. Filthy carpets, stinky weed smoking, no mini fridge, no night stand, and too much walk traffic signals noise beeping 24/7. Price is too high, but the ran up speculated real estate market bubble is causing a severe housing crisis is making life difficult for many. You need $500 a week room budget or more to do any comfortable good in SF Bay area.
I did not feel safe and secure at this location. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Some of the pictures that were shown were deceiving.
The trash in the hall ways they got mad at me when I got the re lying out.the in home manager is always across the street at barber shop..He don't care they don't have good hospitality. .The need elevator and need to be remodel. .asap
It is a old nasty hotel
Comfortable bed, shower, refrigerator.
No linens, long flight of stairs (4th floor no elevator).
nothing. please avoid this place. located in not really safe area. this place is so old and unattended employee most of the time that shouldn't be operated as a hotel in the first place.
everything. especially the room with a private bath. no shower curtain, no blind on the window. the bed is so dusty and stains are all over the comforter and the sheet. Employee there almost not existed. if something happens, you have to wait for more than a day or two to even talk about it. the home of skid row.
Everything, environment, people fighting, drugs, weird ppl, terrible place to stay, manager is not there.
