su localizacion esta esplendida muy cerca de toda la international y muy accesible solo falta en la recepcion una persona que hable espanol

Bueno, gracias dios la pase super bien con mi esposo que era nuestra luna del miel, y por supuesto fuy algunos sitios, pero lo mas que me gusto fue que es un hotel bueno y que esta cerca de la international drive y pudimos ir para todos los citios que nos gustaba rapidito. Gracias

Para lo que pague estuvo acojedor me encanto, a mi y a mi esposo tambien.

el servicio es bueno calida precio,

cuando llegamos teniamos reservada una one bedroon y nos dijeron que no habia.tuviimos que pagar un adicional para que nos alojen en una de 2 habitaciones ya que Booquin nos alquilo algo que no existia.que era one bedroon, no es culpa del hotel sino de Booking.Lo soluciono el hotel.ya que nos ya era la 4 vez que nos alojabamos alli.

proximity to attractions

The rooms are very small and not well kept. Breakfast was included in the stay , however, it was not what we expected as other hotels in the area where we stayed before.

It was a cheap three nights for 2 deal. Good shower and very comfortable firm bed. Staff tried to be helpful when we had problems, and seemed genuinely apologetic. Nice view over a lake from the terrace in the room we finally accepted. Hotel waived the $25 terrace charge.

First room we were offered smelled very damp, and had damp walls. Second room (directly above) had water dripping through the ceiling, warn through sofa and chairs. Third room was not damp, but had a broken dishwasher handle, cooker rings, loose electric sockets. It appeared that the elevator safety licences had expired; key card entry was very unreliable.

very well located to all the attractions, and the hotel transport is top class. will stay there again.

breakfast was poor and needs slight improving considering all the breakfasts nearby at the same price.

Stayed with you on few occasions. It is central to amenities.

Block 2 needs revamp. Lingering smoking odor in corridors and room. Eaten alive by fleas in 2309. Had to be moved but new room was good

the beds were so uncomfortable but for the amount of $$$ it was... it wasn't that bad... couldn't beat it

The extemely large patio overlooked a great view of Orlando. The set up of the suite was nice...a master bedroom and a room with 2 twin beds would have been very comfortable for a week if the room wasn't so disgusting.

The curtain rods were pulled out of the wall, the toilet was broken, it was in terrible need of a remodel and cleaning. The beds were beyond uncomfortable and the rugs were so disgusting, I didn't want to take my shoes off even after walking all day at Disney. In one word...ICK.

Hotel was under-staffed/ bunkbed ladder unattached and fell on 1yr old son (reported to employee at check-out, no sympathy or even an apology)/ refrigerator had to be serviced during stay/ keys to main door would not open door / went to have keys programmed again and staff did not even request at photo id only room number, I could have been trying to enter someone else's room illegally
