Location, clean Because the hotel is new and located in a different building (a couple of blocks away) from the hotel you check in at (Nob Hill Hotel), the front desk staff at the Nob Hill Hotel did not know much about Encore Express and you could not telephone directly from your room. Also, there is no air conditioning in this hotel so it did get a little warm but you can open the window. |

Decent bedding, comfortable bed, nice to have a sink in the room (since we stayed in the room with a shared bath). The check-in was very long. They didn't allow check in until 3:00, and there was a line of people waiting. I waited 40 minutes just to check in. The room itself had a very strange smell; we couldn't keep the windows open--there were no screens on the windows. The bathroom was also not very clean, and needed a fan for ventilation. |

Excellent value for money. Inexpensive public parking next door (USD 18 per day). Very small rooms. Poor internet connection. Remark that it is an upscaled student dorm. |

El baño, la ducha funcionaba muy bien y la temperatura del agua se regulaba fácilmente. Además la habitación disponía de nevera. El hecho de que no haya recepción en el propio hotel, da un poco de inseguridad. |

La cama era fabulosamente comoda y todo era realmente limpio La zona del hotel esta rodeado de indigentes, borrachos y gente extraña.HAY Un grave problema la direccion dada en internet no es la correcta teneis que ira dos cuadras mas arriba a la recepcion del hotel |

Calidad/ precio. Olor a pintura de la habitación y que no se me informara desde el hotel o desde booking que en la dirección postal del Hotel no había recepción y no figurara ninguna indicación para hacer el check-in; con ello, me encontré en una ciudad que no conocía, recién llegada de otra ciudad americana, sin batería en el móvil y bastante cansada como para no desesperarse en los minutos siguientes. |
