Excelente hotel lo amo! Es el mejor excelente servicio!

The Hotel is fantastic... No need to stay anywhere else... Numerous restaurants and clubs... Society Cafe burgers are to die for.... Allegro pizza is divine.... Wazuzu food is sooo authentic.... Then the final glory is Andrea... Absolutely worth every cent.... The package that includes free wifi (especially if you are an international traveller) and breakfast is a must have..

The free wifi is limited to 2 devices per 24hrs... And the free breakfast only applies to items on the American menu... Anything ordered outside of that ( juice, fruit platter e.t.c) will be charged additionally...

The extra mandatory resort fees which was not mentioned during booking.com registration. Was told that the fees were mandatory since I booked through a 3rd party like booking.com.

Customer service was unbelievable...

Filling up our mini bar stayed empty for couple of days during our 4-day stay & previous guest's beverage stayed in our fridge until I asked them to remove it.

Everything you expect from a resort, room was big and of the highest quality.Probably the most beautiful Hotel in Las Vegas. Will defintely return to this hotel.

- Modern and minimalistic decor of the rooms - Dreamy, mesmerising interiors of the hotel transports you to a different world - The Buffet! One of the best ones I have ever had (Decor + Service + Vegeterian options + Affordability)

- I has mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary, but did not receive any wishes / compliments from the staff. - Bath towels in my room had yellow food stains and smelled of food. - On check out, was not asked even once as to how was the stay or whether we faced any issues. - Called up the concierge to arrange a lil suprise for my spouse with champagne, cake etc; was told to connect to in room dining. Well I was hoping for some personalisation and quick help and not simply ordering food from in room dining. - It being our first time at Wynn, would have appreciated a lil info from the reservation team while checking in about the facilities and events. We were clueless about the various events and figured out a few best sellers only by the time we were to leave the next day - Long queues at check in / check out

We loved the room decor - stylish and comfortable, the huge bathroom with plush towels and amenities. There are so many restaurants, there was no need to eat anywhere else.

The thermostat is in the living area and we often found the bedroom a bit too warm and had to adjust the temperature during the night.

Probably the most beautiful Hotel in Las Vegas with best nightclub, beach club and restaurant. I particularly recommend SW.

Quite expensive. Need to book restaurant in advance.

Good value for money. The very large room is beautifully decorated with refined modern furniture, cool color scheme, rich textiles, soft lighting and sumptuous linens. The rooms really are "soundproof". The possibility to upgrade to a higher floor with a better view of the Strip for $30 a day. Getting a taxi outside the Hotel is really easy. Bel hop services were very fast for delivery and pick-up. Valet services are very quick and picking-up your car on departure day is a fast process. Very well organized!

That smoking is still permitted in the casino.The smell "really" does travel to other parts of the hotel: lobby, elevators, restaurants etc. The "Resort Fee" that they automatically charge upon check-in which includes internet. Now a days, internet should already be included in the room fee. Our room was on the 59th floor and the internet connection we paid for in the Resort fee was terribile. Many times there was no connection at all! The European pool closed at 3:00p.M. the only day we could go to the pool due to an event.

We treated ourselves to staying at this hotel and it was well worth it. The room (King Suite) was incredible with a great view (29th floor). A very romantic room. The hotel had everything if you wanted to make use of it.

The extra charge ($25 per night for very little - why not add it to the room rate). Did not eat in the hotel as too expensive (Dennys close by for breakfast). The fridge system - you are not trusted.

Amazing rooms. Beautiful views. Great pool, restaurants and bars. Amazing shops. Excellent location, in a less busy part of the Strip. Across the street from a nice mall. Huge bathroom with lots of towels and amenities. Huge spacious rooms. Very classy decor.

The check in staffs are so slow. We have to wait more than 45 minutes for check in, and she gave me the wrong keys. The staff attitude is so arrogant. I do not recommend this hotel to any of my friends. Too slow service.

rooms,vibe,staff,pool,food,bars,parking, the hotel is sheer class with quite clean huge rooms.

after paying for the resort fee i found out that this is an added option which was not explained but added at check in.I didnt need it others might.

Design of the rooms, position of the hotel

I booked a suite for my husband and his friends as a 40th birthday present. I was extremely irritated that the hotel would not charge the credit card I used to book the reservation. Instead, they made my husband use his card to pay for his own present! I even called customer service while he was there to try and give them my card number again and they were not the least bit accomodating. I understand they needed my husband's card on file for incidentals, but there is no reason they couldn't charge the hotel room price to the card I gave them. They would not have had any problem charging my card in the event of a no- show or late cancellation- so, there was no excuse for such poor customer service.

Colorful and well appointed. Boutique style hotel. Not so crowded with passers by! Much nicer than the Wynn.

No toilet paper in the room upon arival. Mirrors had mudges. Our bottle opener which is just like the Wynn's was taken and we recieved the hotel opener instead.
