The hotel was very luxurious and still has a new feel about it. The staff were all very polite and helpful and, dare I say, very attractive too - not that it matters.

Drinks were expensive if you're not gambling.

Hotel staff were exceptional - upgraded us with a fantastic view of the vegas strip Room was fantastic Food in the hotel restaurants 5* easy walking distance to the hub of the strip (bellagio fountains) pool service and facilties luxurious food court and shopping directly opposite along with TX box office for discounted show tickets would recommend and will be staying there again! price of the room reasonable considering 5* though take account of added room tax and service charge per night

the upgrade offer of $20 a night seemed like good value but the check in staff should explain that the view is across a parking lot i.e. explain which side of the hotel the view is

Loved this hotel and the room was amazing. The pool was great aswell. I would highly recommend if you fancy a bit of luxury!

My stay @ the Encore was fabulous. It was my husband birthday present from myself. Our stay was a great one the staff, service the entire stay was to die for. Every.time I come to Vegas I will book with the Wynn.

I love the smoke free guest rooms...the ventilation is excellent. Even when people were illegally smoking in hall way, the smoke didn't come into the room. I liked the desk and availability to "tethered fibernet"...since the wireless connection was terrible...I Like the location to the convention center, the ease in doing business there. I liked the tv in bathroom as well as the swivel flat screen in bedroom. I liked floor to ceiling window.

The pricing was out of whack...I Thought I was prepaying for $1650 and by the time I was done I paid $2100..that is a 25% increase on my expected cost. I felt the service in most of the restaurants was poor compared to the expensive cost. The cell phone service is completely unacceptable in the hotel...everywhere in the hotel. That must be addressed. I had Sprint, my partners has AT&T...we had constant connection issues...my client had to use a hard line to get his assistant to call his clients. The phone service is deplorable to the extreme. The wireless connection the hotel room is a joke...it was about 24k...like going back 10 years in time...thankfully I was able to use the wired connection, but I would never pay for the wireless...the problem is the cell connection was so bad that was the only way to communicate.

Certainly the classiest hotel in Vegas. A hotel for people who are turned off by the gaudiness of the strip. Incredible shopping and gorgeous rooms. Definitely not for the faint of heart with respect to price, but if you stay in the suite tower, you will get what you pay for in service and staff. Note however, the rooms in the main hotel are identical to the small suites, but frankly the kindness of the staff is truly worth the extra hundred per night in the tower suites. Think no lines for anything and being treated like royalty. That being said, the regular section of the hotel is still miles ahead of anywhere else in Vegas. Both the Encore and the Wynn have somehow managed to infuse the town with class and elegance. Additionally, the myriad pools are stunning. Not for kids.

Make sure to ask if all the pools are open because the most exceptional ones are routinely closed during certain months. Also, they lock up all of the pool areas at night, so you are unable to enjoy a night swim or even sitting outside after 7pm.

Our suite for the price we paid was unbelievable, Staff was courteous,friendly & helpful. Ambiance was energizing , crowds were beautiful.
