EO Inn & Spa  

Hotel Front Staffs are very friendly and every skill was good. The location was very good, very close to Eola Lake Park.

Could not find the hotel entrance. I located behind side.

Great location in a beautiful area near downtown Orlando. Very near a park and lake. The shower was nice in the room...large and spacious. Check-in was ok....the attendant was not overly friendly and rarely said a word.

Room was small....and the ac did not work very well. Room was very humid and ac was not removing humidity. The electrical outlets were not located near the bed...so to plug in my iPad and phone was a stretch.

Great for a couple's retreat. Our room was superbly clean, and upon entering we were greeted by an exceptionally pleasant smell. A very supportive bed that still maintained extraordinary softness. The rooms are rather modern, not to mention the beautiful art that can be found just about anywhere you look in the building. Oh, and plenty of towels for men with wives like mine who need them. The location is PRIME. Overlooking romantic Lake Eola Park, from just above a Panera Bread, and right in the middle of DT Orlando...?? Couldn't say enough about the convenience. A truly pleasant stay, and the Mrs. loved her massage.

Excellent service, comfortable beds and spacious shower. Lively urban area.

We visit the EO Inn when we have early morning flights out of MCO. It is convenient to visiting relatives in the area and has nearby activities that suit us. We also truly enjoy the Inn and its amenties.

Mycket trevligt boutique hotell beläget vid Lake Eola i Downtown Orlando. Nära till utmärkta restauranger. Promenader runt sjön, där det ligger ett jazz kafé och nära till shopping.

Polite, keurig coffee and USA paper, spa amenities in bathroom..

Mattresses are very soft, need replacement.. Sheets as partions inbetween decks.

Location in a quiet downtown neighborhood with plenty of nearby upscale restaurants. Felt very European -smaller rooms than most North American hotels, but had everything you need for a short visit.

Mattress was a bit saggy.

Everything went OK. It was a bit difficult to find the location first. The breakfast downstairs was excellent (not included).

My reservation was canceled. They said Booking.com canceled it. Took 10 mins to check me in. Not apologetic at all. Front desk not much personality. I opened the refrigerator the door fell off. There was old food in there rotting. Lots of street noise. Loud ac. The only reason I stayed there because the event I was attending was across the street. Next time I will stay further away for a more pleasant night. They say they have all these awards. It is not your quaint b & b or Spa hotel. Being a travel agent, Its more on the lines of Econo Lodge or Best Western.

The staff was friendly and helpful.I loved the bed and all the pillows.I was able to get a small refrigerator in the room.Comfortable and quiet-safe.

I booked a massage with a particular therapist.Therapist was changed without consulting me.

The location is the best thing about this hotel.

The rooms are super small and dorm like. Other than the small bed there was a hard wooden chair in the corner. It was not what I was expecting.
