EPIC Miami, A Kimpton Hotel  

The hotel is awesome in terms of beauty and services... Elegant and luxury kind.

But, there's a but... Downtown is not safe by night. Even by day policeman told me that the streets over there were not safe and to be careful. The metromover is free but you feel unsafe there. There are guys that "live" there to find an unfortunate guy or couple. Internet on the pc was a nightmare, slow and always crashing. Wifi not free. Everything is expensive there, a bottle of water 6dolars, outrageous!

The hotel was extremely comfortable. During my stay, I found the staff to be really helpful and friendly. The free wine that is made available to guests from 6-7pm each night is a nice touch. I also found the hotel to be quiet and peaceful which is ideal for guests wanting to get away from the hustle of the city or to enjoy their holiday.

Nice rooms ,stayed in 2015 and it was a nice room .very nice comfortable bed ,would come again any time.

The hotel staff was excellent. They were willing to accomodate at every opportunity. I will definitely stay at the Epic on my return to Miami.

Luxurious, excellent location, the staff are efficient and every need was attended to. Although its centally located the hotel has a very laid back atmosphere.

The location was great, the view from the room was beautiful also the room was very comfortable. Me and my husband had diner at the restaurant Zuma and the it was amazing!

The parking. They charge you $34,00 per 24h. But when you need your car it take 20 to 30 minutes to them to bring it. Some times even more. The staff sometimes can be a little arrogante and don't pay attention to the guest needs. The recepcion and parking can be really crowded at night, because of the bar and restaurantes.

It was better than I anticipated but I thought we were on the beach. The place was still the best hotel I have ever stayed in, thanks

O hotel é muito bonito, moderno e confortável. O quarto escolhido era bem decorado, cama e roupa de cama excelentes, pontos de recargas de baterias (tomadas), internet grátis (é necessário cadastro na rede Kimpton Hotels) e bem veloz, muito diferente do Brasil (tenho 20 megas em minha casa). é bem amplo com excelente vista do mar. O banheiro é amplo, limpo e bem decorado. Há chuveiro no teto e também o tradicional chuveirinho americano. Nada posso dizer sobre o café da manhã, pois, por falha da Booking.com, não constou da reserva, apesar da confirmação desta ter constado. Há um lindo e badalado restaurante de comida japonesa e outro, com bar, também badalado.

As músicas dos restaurantes são tocadas em som muito alto, fazendo com que as pessoas conversem também em tom alto, provocando incômodo para quem quer conversar durante a refeição. O tempo de retirada do veículo pelos manobristas é de fato demorado, como alguns hóspedes já mencionaram nos comentários do Booking.com, mas não é nada absurdo para quem está a passeio e sem muito horário.

Top Lage, Top-Blick aufs Meer, toller Komfort, sehr guter Service

I guess the one thing that stands out the most about the hotel is the concierge service. We had full access to all the best restaurants, tours, clubs and whatever we needed within minutes. Everyone was so thoughtful and kind that it really felt like we were the only guests they were working for. If you need anything while in Miami, just let Gene know and he we'll figure out the best way to get it for you. Furthermore the rooms are amazing, the views from the Biscayne bay just breathtaking, the food quality excellent. It was definitely a remarkable stay and I would recommend it to everyone, either families or groups of friends.

The only negative aspect about our stay was that the hotel is a bit far out from South Beach, where all the fine restaurants and nightclubs are. It is only 10 minutes away by car, and we had that in mind when we booked it, but we didn't realize traffic can be really intense in Miami, coming to a point where we were stuck 50 min on our way to a club. Appart from that, no complaints at all.

Epic hotel var ett rent och bra hotell, polområdet var kanon. Bra service, fint gym, god mat men dyrt.

Det var dyrt att parkera bilen 36 dollar per dygn, frukosten var jätte dyr, vi var 4 st som åt frukost och det gick på 100 dollar.
