Local seafood is available at Area 31 Restaurant as well as poolside dining. Guests can have drinks at the River Lounge or have Japanese and American cuisine at Zuma. A state-of-the-art gym and yoga accessories are also available at Miami EPIC. Swimming is available at any of the 3 pools as well as the main pool deck area. The hotel is awesome in terms of beauty and services... Elegant and luxury kind. But, there's a but... Downtown is not safe by night. Even by day policeman told me that the streets over there were not safe and to be careful. The metromover is free but you feel unsafe there. There are guys that "live" there to find an unfortunate guy or couple. Internet on the pc was a nightmare, slow and always crashing. Wifi not free. Everything is expensive there, a bottle of water 6dolars, outrageous!

The location was great, the view from the room was beautiful also the room was very comfortable. Me and my husband had diner at the restaurant Zuma and the it was amazing! The parking. They charge you $34,00 per 24h. But when you need your car it take 20 to 30 minutes to them to bring it. Some times even more. The staff sometimes can be a little arrogante and don't pay attention to the guest needs. The recepcion and parking can be really crowded at night, because of the bar and restaurantes.

Great location, friendly staff and nice service! I would return defiantly next visit to Miami. Keys to the room work only 24 hours and need to be activeted. This cause a problem at elvator and room access for second day.

Stylish, modern, and fabulous. We stayed for New Year's Eve and had a wonderful time at the clubs and restaurants in the hotel. The room had a spectacular city view and the staff was fantastic. If you are looking for a laid back atmosphere, this may be too over the top for you.

Staff on the club floor were were amazing, concierge and their assistants could not do enough and access times were more than generous for a spontaneous drink. Grant and Irene Perth Western Austalia A cocktail/lounge bar in the lobby would have been nice

Staff is outstanding (especially Lucia) Sight is excellent. At level club I would put individual portions of butter and Philadelphia cheese. Some customers were having their hands in the butter.

Nice gym/spa area. Great restaurants with a fun vibe. Not enough lounges at the pool for everyone to be fairly accommodated. The "best" rooms on the 30th floor where we stayed were not nearly as luxurious as many other hotels we have stayed at.

Excelente, funcionários maravilhosos, restaurante mais badalado do momento, Zuma, 18/09/2011. Concierge de alto nível. Vista maravilhosa, no 27 andar, quarto 2702. Ficaria no hotel novamente. Fica um pouco distante do centro de Miami.

Uitzicht vanuit de kamer is schitterend. Locatie is voor de zaken reiziger ideaal. Vlak bij de airport. Vlak bij de snelweg Relatief duur. Locatie in downtown Miami biedt voor de toerist geen mogelijkheden. Altijd een auto nodig. Valet parking aanwezig voor $30 per dag. De ingang van het hotel kan 's avonds heel erg druk zijn waardoor het weleens langer dan 30 min duurt voordat de auto gebracht wordt.

El Hotel Epic es sensacional, su confort, limpieza y amabilidad, hacen de la estadía momentos muy agradables, sin dejar atrás su excelente ubicación y su exquisito restaurant Zuma, q en mi opinión es uno de los mejores de Brickell. El costo del parking y el internet no es free.

Ambiente molto elegante ma nello stesso tempo informale. Personale professionale e gentilissimo, super pulito ma soprattutto per me era basilare poter portare la mia cagnolina. L'accoglienza per gli animali e' qualcosa di incredibile ed introvabile in altre strutture. Hanno servizi particolari anche per I vostri cagnolini, massaggi, lettino speciale etc. L'unica cosa che posso dire oltre ad un costo un po' alto della colazione, e' che durante il mio soggiorno il personale delle camere non ha ricaricato il mio frigo bar della camera.
