Rocky Mountain Park Inn    

Location and Price was right for our 2 nights stay. Stayed there the week before Memorial Day weekend so our price, I believe, was out of season. We spent our 2 days fly fishing and shopping on the third, in Estes Park.

I awoke one night with the sound of the clothes dryer running with something heavy since there was a continuous banging noise. My dryer has the same noise when I dry zippered clothes. I thought it odd at the time since my room was quite a distance from the laundry room.

The pool, dog policy, cleanliness, quietness, and wifi were all appreciated, as was the location.

Great location, restaurant was good, comfortable and relaxing. meeting facilities are nice.

Breakfast was served until .11:00am allowing us to sleep in and work out prior to eating breakfast

Bar was only open from 3pm until 9pm which did not fit our schedule. Desk staff was uncooperative and not knowledgeable about changing our reservations. We originally booked a 5 day stay with booking.com. Later, I called Rocky Mountain Inn directly to change our arrival date to one day later due to bad weather affecting our travel. I also extended our stay two more days. The women at Rocky Mountain Inn was very friendly and helpful and made all my requested changes and emailed me a new confirmation number for the new 7 day stay, However, after we arrived and inquired about possibly leaving a day or two early the desk staff insisted I had to call booking.com to change my reservation since I originally booked through them. I explained my confirmation number was now through Rocky Mountain Inn and showed them my email from Rocky Mountain Inn confirming the reservations. They still refused to change my reservation and insisted I call booking.com to change any reservations. I called booking.com and they stated they could not change anything since my reservations were now through Rocky Mountain Inn. I had to return to the front desk and explain the situation again. Only then would they change my reservation. This required a lot of extra time on my part not to mention a lot of frustration. I also was not offered a receipt upon checkout.

close to Estes, a value for the price, clean, pool area

family hotel but doesn't have a family restaurant attached. Noisy, could hear kids running up and down the hall late at night

Easy, convenient to all Estes stuff. Indoor pool was great for kids. Rooms were clean with decent amenities.

The restaurant is not good. Breakfast was really salty and nor very good.

We enjoyed the comfortable beds, the friendly service, the pool hours, the hot tub, the lounge and food, the breakfast buffet, the parking, the available luggage carts, the in room coffee, and the location.

We were upgraded to the 401 "Suite" when our heater wouldn't work.

Rooms need refurbishing. The bed was toooooooo soft!!!!

Clean rooms, comfy beds, nice toiletries (shampoo, etc), friendly staff, hot tub, price.

We've stayed there many times as a Holiday Inn. Were afraid facility might have deteriorated but definitely has not! The $45 price was wonderful!

The pool heater was broken and that was the main reason we chose that hotel.

Bar was a joke and menu was a joke. Definately not a place to eat.

Buffet breakfast,was extremely skimpy. Should have just called it a continental and gone with good Danish and coffee.

The room was okah bit for a honeymoon terrible. They didnt even have our booking through you guys. You could hear every little noise. The food sucked it was old cold and mushy lady at the.front when I was trying to ask if we were checked out was rude.

We liked 1. the location to the festival that we attended, 2. the easy walk to the downtown area, 3.the bus stop for free bus service around town, 4. view and, 5. the inn was within our budget.

Improvements needed 1. They need to get away from the old Holiday inn feel. 2. Dining room needs to be spruced up. 3. Expand the dinner menu

It was good value.

I had imagined mountain views from the rustic promo photos... instead it was a parking lot view. Elevator was broken when we arrived, so we had to hump our luggage upstairs. It was fixed, however, by the following day. The sink in our bathroom was plugged up (5 mins to drain). We were in room 222.

Easily accessible. Just outside of the main downtown area of Estes Park. Nice pool and hot tub. Good Happy Hour specials at the bar.

Wish the pool was outside. However, I guess it works best for winter travelers that it isn't. Bathrooms seemed old (this was an old Holiday Inn). Toilet chain broke when we first arrived. Plumbing needed adjusting as it made gurgling noises whenever we or our neighbors used the showers or toilets. Toilet paper was cheap.

The room showed signs of wear. The beds needed replacing
