European Estoril Paradise Inn  

Location was convenient for where I needed to be. Price was attractive compared to other motels in the area for that timeframe.

Room was a bit tired. Air Conditioning too loud. Dampness smell in the room.

The room and bathroom were very clean, however a small room was really small. We requested the king size bed and were assigned one of couple rooms available with queen size bed. Now we understand that the king size bed would not fit in the small room that it was. Miniature ironing board in the room was a joke and an inconvenience.The $45 cleaning fee for our room for the 3 nights is rediculous and outrageous. The owners/managers (husband & wife) do their own cleaning and make extra money. We have never heard or seen such a thing in the hospitality industry. They are just gtrying to save money by not hiring gthe staff.......which is non-existant. The place is nice but does not offedr the normal services one would expect from a nice hotel however they compare themselves to those nice hotels. The place is in tghe middle of nowhere, in the residential neighborhood. Did not like the cleaning fee at all. We left the room extremely clean. The $200 refundable security deposit is also a nuissance and archaic. How sad that they treat the responsible adults like vagrants and juveniles by imposing that security deposit. Not again.

Attention : ce n'est pas un hôtel, mais une pension de famille pour y séjourné plusieurs jours, le propriétaire vous demande une caution de 200 $ !! et vous rajoute 20 $ au prix affiché pour le ménage !!!! dans notre cas, même pour 2 nuits !!! s'il estime que les serviettes de toilettes sont sales et que ça ne part pas, il vous le retient sur la caution, en plus du ménage !!!! il faut traverser la rue pour se rendre à la piscine et le lit est très petit 120cmx140cm. Quand on rajoute le prix du ménage et l'inconvénient de la caution, on trouve largement des hôtels aux alentours de bien meilleure qualité !!! Bref on à comme l'impression de se faire arnaquer !!!

Nette Tipps, wie ich Sehenswuerdigkeiten schnell erreichen konnte seitens der Innkeeper. Der weibliche Part der beiden Innkeeper redet allerdings unheimlich viel ueber belangloses Zeug, das einen nicht interessiert.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis ist katastrophal. Ich habe fuer 2 Tage gebucht, Preis laut Buchung war 115 USD. Als ich ankam, wurde mir die Rechnung in Hoehe von 152 USD praesentiert. Als ich meinen Mund wieder zubekam und nachfragte, wurde mir gesagt, dass neben Steuern (ok, hatte ich nicht eingeplant, meine Schuld) noch eine "Reinigungsgebuehr" in Hoehe von 20 USD faellig waere. Diese Gebuehr ist hochgradig laecherlich und meines Erachtens nicht rechtens. Aus folgendem Grund: Vor Abschluss der Buchung scrollte ich durch, was an Gebuehren anfallen wuerde. Ich wurde fuendig: "Service charges / fees: 0,00 USD" Damit war der Fall fuer mich erledigt. Weiter unten im Kleingedruckten habe ich spaeter dann gesehen, dass diese "Reinigungsgebuehr" erhoben wird, die jedoch nicht als "service charge" deklariert wird, warum auch immer. Fuer mich Abzocke. Und ganz ehrlich, 152 USD fuer 2 Naechte sind fuer dieses Hotel laecherlich. Es ist nicht das sauberste, es ist nicht das gemuetlichste, es ist etwas abseits vom Strand, zu Fuss ca 20 Minuten und abends ist dort ueberhaupt nichts los.

El Estoril Paradise Inn esta muy bien ubicado a 3 minutos en coche de la playa y muy cerca de vias de acceso rapidas. El hotel es atendido por sus dueños y esta perfectamente cuidado y mantenido. Los dueños son muy amables y te daran una mano en cualquier cosa que necesites. Disponen de sillas y sombrillas para la playa sin costo. No tuvieron problema en darnos la habitacion antes del horario de check-in.

La habitacion que nos toco era muy oscura ya que estaba en la entrada de un pasillo de servicio. Estuvimos en una habitacion pequeña pero comoda para 2 personas. Como fuimos con nuestra beba pedimos una cuna y nos dieron una practicuna que resulto bastante incomoda para ella. Necesitarian equiparse mejor para recibir bebes.
