“ It had a separate full function kitchen (stove, full-size refrigerator, and microwave) and a separate bathroom (Shower only). The bed was comfortable. The noise was at a bear minimum. The staff was very accommodating to my request for a late checkout as well. ”

The room had a a full kitchen, which was not expected. Free WiFi in room. The sheets were dirty, they had lots of hair on them and the pillows had mascara on them. Obviously, they were not washed. Also, the front desk had a sign that stated they did "late checkout" however, the employee/owner (?) said that they did not offer that. He did say he would let us stay an extra hour for $15 more. (We did not opt for that).

It was available as one of the only rooms left in town due to the Oregon Duck football game. It was old and it smelled moldy and was in a poor area.

It had a good tv, refrigerator, and microwave. The sheets wouldn't stay on the bed while sleeping, the towels were very old, torn, and yellowed. The blankets were burnt or worn out. The carpet was always wet. The tile in the bathroom was broken. It needed a deep cleaning.

Nothing. We traveled to Eugene for the Olympic Trials and this was the only vacancy. Prices were inflated all over town because of the Trials, but this place should still have been under $100.00. OH...they did have a nice tv. There is nothing to like about the Nite Inn! Unfortunately our stay was horrible. The person running the front desk was rude and very unprofessional. We stayed for three nights and were deciding to move or continue staying there a couple more nights when the staff member said it was 11:00 check out time and we needed to decide. My husband left his cell phone in someone else's car and could not get a hold of me (I was out for a few minutes) to discuss, so my husband either had to book another night or move all of our bags into the rain to wait for me to return..because "11:00 is policy." Now get this: We were the only car in the parking lot!! I could understand if they were full and needed the room cleaned. Then he wanted to charge us for a dog because he saw my daughter drive up to visit with a dog in her car!! That dog never left the car!! I guess the only thing we did wrong was we decided to spend a night in Florence and instead of letting my room sit empty, I let my adult daughter and son stay there one night (I paid for the room). That made him really really mad! They have a policy again: "no Visitors!" So at 11:20 my husband paid for another night. I arrived at 11:30 and when I heard how rude he was to my husband I told him we did not want to stay where we are treated like this. We packed up and he would not refund our night (we purchased 10 minutes ago) and charged us a cancellation fee! I feel sorry for them and can see why we were the only customers in the entire place.

The room was small but very clean and up to date. Even though it was located on a well used street the street noise was not noticable. The front desk person when I check in was rather rood.
