The staff was exceptional. They were very friendly and helpful . The room was spacious.

There was mold in the bathroom.

Parking is still good. Check-in was easy and polite. Price is okay. Size of room is decent. Wifi is nice.

There were ants all over the bathroom (gross) and when I told the staff, they acted pretty unphased and motioned me away as I checked out. the bed was hard and not that comfortable. the staff was again not that interested when I had an issue. when I checked out, I was encouraged to hand over the key in the parking lot and no "breakfast" was offered. this area of town is pretty dismal. there are homeless folks everywhere and there is nothing pretty anywhere nearby. the last time I stayed here, the room was larger and the bathroom nicer (shower had a detachable hose). I now realize they placed me in a handicapped room last time. Sooo now I know regular rooms are pretty much on par in terms of crappy motel bathrooms (plus ants).

very old and dated rooms. poor accommodation, not even an hair dryer or shampoo supplied. This room goes back to the 1970's and was not worth the $100 per night. we checked out after one night and stayed at the La quinta for $175 and it felt like we were staying at the Ritz. And I have stayed at the Ritz.

Room was more spacious than expected

There was mold inside the shower curtain when I took a shower and my husband is higly allergic to mold. That was gross to see black spots right by your head.

the service was amazing. I really liked their front deal personnel. everything was just comfortable... aside from the affordable part. I didn't have bedbugs...unlike the last time.

Friendly and helpful staff. Made me a special pot of coffee.

Very clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff. We forgot our phone in the room and noticed it, when we were already far away from the hotel. The staff was very helpful in finding the phone and sending it to us. I would definitely stay there again.

A comfortable although firm bed. The suite was clean. Liked having a fridge and microwave in the room.

A prepackaged danish and weak coffee for breakfast was rather disappointing. We ate breakfast elsewhere.

Paying $10 to have a parakeet in my room, no coffee pot in the room, breakfast was served too late for us to eat.

Rooom was very clean, the bed was fresh and made very well. I forgot to ask for extra pillows, but next time I will.

The parking lot was way too close and small

Love the service at the front desk! They always make sure we get the same room when we bring our little Yorkie. They are so friendly. Makes us feel welcome when we come for Duck games. It is so easy to access the freeway for Autzen Stadium from the hotel as well as return.

The hotel is a little run down. Needs a little TLC.

It was close to the Studio West Gallery that I was having a show at for first Friday Art Walk.

It was on a one way street.

I liked the rooms were clean and nice. It was a great location for our trip. We had several people in different rooms. We traveling with young gilrs that are part of a gymnastics team.
