Upon final payment, the manager will mail 1 key to the guest and a 2nd key will be in the room in a bowl next to the coffee maker for the Palms unit. Upon departure, the keys can be left in the bowls.

The unit will be cleaned only on departure. There is no daily cleaning. Additional linen will be provided and there are coin operated laundry facilities.
