Location is good
Mice at night eating my sweets, filthy, smelly. Horror
Easy to find and nearby hot places. Wifi is acceptable to me. The room is in small size, the bed is clean and no smell. Staff is very nice and helpful.
The carpet is old, so u can imagine. I don't why there is no air-con in these hotel in San Francisco. I paid double price of a hotel last time there, it also was no air-con. Feeling hot at night or after shopping back to there. You can open the window but I feel unsafe.
Friendly, helpful staff; best price for the location; sheets were clean; great deal for a night or two stay.
No washcloths; nowhere to set clothes or towels in shower area; no soap or towels at sink in shared bathroom
Located above a striptease bar, very central location in SF, close to bars and cafes, walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf.
Everything else: overpriced, rooms with old furniture, questionably clean sheets, no doors on wardrobes, dirty and dusty curtain, dirty windows. Did I say how overpriced this was? Very!
The worst ever
Very central location. Surrounded by great restaurants. Within walking distance to most attractions. Comfortable bed. Currently having new carpet installed.
Noisy but not a problem with ear plugs. Small toilet and shower facilities but clean. Phone in hallway. Hotel is over a strip joint so it can be noisy in the early hours and close to busy intersection.
Convenient for many destionations. Good hair dryer.
Red Light District. Never cleaned the room in three days. Not clean. Expensive for tiny room. Stingky toilette. Lot of noise from other rooms (heard people having sex all night long). Juice machine not working. Window could not be locked open. Pay for parking (25 $ one night). Music after midnight from a nearby... topless bar.
The check in staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. Nothing seems to be to much trouble for them. It's in a great position. Walking distance to everything.
The cleaning lady is terrible. Aggressive and rude. Do not disturb signs obviously means kick the door down and yell loudly. Only downside to staying there but big enough I stayed somewhere else my last day
wireless internet is very perfect!
the room facing street is too noisy
The location was very close to landmarks and places of interest and just a twenty min walk to pier 39. The bathrooms were pretty clean and the room has a mini fridge, was was awesome. The bed seemed clean but we didn't want to risk laying in bed bugs so we brought a matress barrier and used out own pillow and blankets. We did get towels which was good.
It is directly on top of a strip club!! So don't think you'll get a good night's sleep here because the music goes into the night (or what felt to us like all night). Unless you knock a couple drinks back before bed to numb you a bit, you won't sleep at all. The wi-fi is terrible!! Better off just using your phone's data. The staff should be a bit more nice. To me it's all about customer service, and it's this place is lacking it, except for Juan! He was awesome!!! Last thing, it is not ada regulated!! No elevator but like 30 steps!! Price was mediocre for what we received.
Dirty, noisy, disgusting.
Had mice in our room got woken up by them going through our things got changed room and then had bugs in there got changed again then had mice again. Contacted environmental health also. Staff really rude wouldn't change us hostel or give any of our money back told us was tough.
Location was excellent
It's quite a shabby place, kind of creepy. Shared bathroom wasn't very dirty but very old. Bugs in the room!! Wouldn't recommend it.
Dirty bed sheets, smelled like smoke.
Location is good.
public bathroom, poor wifi, not comfort at all
Good location and staff is nice. Room was very clean.
Outside of the room was kind of dirty and also room was very small.
Great location close to everything, not a 5 star hotel but its some where to sleep and shower, ppl if you go to sf your obviously not gonna be in your room all day...ohh lots of great restaurants, and China town just down the blk.
Really can't think of anything bad, I've read don't be out so late not a great place to be out with kids ..bla blah bla, it was okay not a big deal.
Nothing. I think Booking.com should stop doing business with this hotel.
We found cockroaches in our room and felt entitled to a refund as we paid $476 for 3 nights. There was no hotel manager present therefore we took our complaint to the public health department of San Francisco. The worst place I have ever been, in any country that I have travelled to. They should be shut down.
Location Personal bathroom Free wifi Get what you pay for

Heart of the city Walking distance to most interesting sites Surprisingly quiet
