Convenience location.

1. Small tiny room. 2. Hole in the wall. 3. Worse of all. Mouse trap was underneath the sink. Horrible! Never come back again!!!!

Good location.

for that poor standard overpriced,don't expect anything more than a bed. There was no service as for example taking rubish from the room, no towels etc. No comunication with staff. Just helo and goodbye.

- Bad condition of the room (electrical son hanging, paint chips on the walls and furniture), smell in the room - Dirt, room never cleaned for 6 days, the corridors carpet was dirty - Very noisy hotel (music, bar next to the hotel and bad insulation) - Dilapidated hotel, water has a really disgusting taste - Cold and distant Staff - Showers in bad condition (but there is hot water) and poorly designed (small cabins without coat rack). - No amenities in room: no garbage or towels or chair. But the presence of a refrigerator. - Depending on the room, overlooking the reception, very annoying. For us, in addition, the garbage of the hotel was located right outside our window. - The price is not worth the proposed service The pictures of the hotel on the site page is not realistic!

would be better to have an extra light next to the bed. the water comes out of the shower faucet is really small.

Cheap price and return policy

Dirty, loud, not safe location, hord to find because they have very small sign, etc. had to check out two days earlier because we couldnt stay there no more. worst hotel ever.

Maybe just the location

The room was really dirty, the restroom stalls were extremely small, window wouldn't stay open, roaches in our room, outside of windows was gross

It was very cheap, and in a good location. It simply cannot be beaten on price. It doesn't feel at all dodgy or unsafe. It was reasonably quiet.

It was the most primitive accommodation I have ever stayed in; it is like something straight out of the fifties.

I did not like the smell of the hotel, carpet is very dirty. Also it was very difficult to find the hotel. This Hotel is not recommend to a family with young children. "awful"

Europa is in the heart of north beach and it was great having a window overlooking the life of north beach. If you don't mind noise.

For the price one must accept and embrace the Europa.

Near North Beach and tourist attractions

Scary accommodations. Bare light bulb on ceiling. No towels. Wires hanging on wall. Hum on TV. Garbage outside window. No Heat

Absolutely nothing

No restroom in the room, its down the hall and you can tell the room has a lot of problems to it because the ceilings and walls were painted over very poorly. On the night we arrived, we saw a cockroach too...........overall it was horrible. The staff was nice, dont get me wrong but I would never go back even if you paid me. While I was taking a shower in their public bathroom, my bf was standing outside and literally in the 5-10 min he was out there, a "paid services" woman hit on him while she and another man were going to their room. Then a guy asks him to go into his room and lets just say, he didn't like what was going on.....so no dont ever go here. Pay the extra money for the better hotels, trust me!!!

The location was great.

Shared bathrooms, which were not clean and neither were the rooms. The rooms and hallway also smelled very badly from cigarette smoke!!

Nothing it was dirty and smelt weird and there seemed to be a lot of creepy long term guests. It stank like smoke
