The clerk on the late night shift he was very helpful

I didn't like the fact that we were given rooms that had stains all over the bed covers, the smoke detector was fallen down. The rooms that I paid for was more on booking.com was more online then when I arrived in person. My experience was not a good one and I would not be staying at the motel again

Rooms were not clean. They did not clean it the other days as well. Towels were very old. The drink bottles (milk, hot water ect) were used for months and not cleaned. Food pots were not clean. (egg, bread pots ect.) internet was very slow. Bed and cushion covers were not very clean.

The employees were very friendly, courteous and helpful

I would like it if they had some rooms that allowed pets

Cockroaches in the room...musty smells...cigarette burns on the blanket

I liked how the breakfast was real food the workers were all nice the room was clean as its suppose to be I wld stay again

Old hotel mostly afro americans in the area, quiet nice staff but too far from parks/attractions, wont stay again due to driving distance but for the price hotel is ok

Room was out dated. Had a musty smell. Toilet had difficulty flushing. Had burn holes in the comforter and the sheets. Missing ironing board and the iron did not work. Tub was stained.

The location is close to the destination and the hotel price is definitely worth it.

During the peak holidays, they might not be well prepared. The room you booked may not be available when you arrived. Be cautious.

Eurotel is a nice,safe,place to stay. We were in town for the Capitol One Citrus Bowl game. The location was good with close by shopping, places to eat and close to the stadium. The security was great. The only problem we had was that our room appeared not to have been cleaned properly when we arrived. The front desk people were very apologetic and someone was sent to our room immediately to correct the problem. This person repeatedly told us she was sorry that we found our room in this condition. Throughout our stay, Christina was very friendly and nice to us. she assured us if we needed anything to just call the front desk or speak directly to her. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Did not like finding our unclean upon our arrival.

You could actually get Internet, the day man at the desk was so very helpful... He gave us towels because our room had not been cleaned the nite before.. And we called down to the desk the nite before and ask for some, the desk guy said he would call me back if there were any clean... No call back!

Our room was filthy... The filters in the heat vent were covered with thick black dust/dirt...there was no way it could have been cleaned in a very long time! The drain in the tub was stopped up and the vent in the restroom was covered with lint(thick) my husband had to clean these things so we could just spend the nite!

Smell~ every floor smells like smoke/especially the elevator. It seems that they may be trying to cover this smell with some sort of cleaner or chemical, but it smells just as bad as the smoke! Entire motel smells like chemical smoke!! Pretty rough You can only enter the building through the front door~ all other doors are locked. You can go out all doors but as soon as it closes you have to walk to the front of the building to enter. I have never seen this at any other hotel ever- thats what a room key is for!! To enter the premises... Cleaning should cover more than just changing the towels. Looks, smells, and feels dirty. The refrigerator did not work because the freezer had frozen over. We reported to the office immediately- we were at this motel for 2 days, they finally brought a replacement refrigerator just as we were leaving at the end of our 2 day stay.

Dirty room. Room stinked of smoking. WC broken. We had to use the public toilet

Large well-equipped rooms, refrigerator, microwave, good breakfast for the price, including some home-cooked hot items.

My floor had a stale smell and seemed to once be a smoking floor, even though my room was a non-smoking room. I wished that I could open the window but the windows were sealed shut.

it was clean, bed comfortable and price was great and since my husband is A smoker the room was great.
