One older child or adult is charged USD 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 3 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

The Hotel Eva was close to everything I wanted to see and do. Beautiful Miami beach is one block away just across the street. The staff was very helpful and friendly. |

The room was huge and confortable, the two queen-beds had confortable mattresses, the hotel location is excellent. several things: 1st>poor cleaning (on the morning I checked out found under one of the beds a filthy sock that was neither mine nor my wife's; obviously belonged to one of the previous occupants of the room); 2nd> was "invited" one morning by the front desk attendant to remove immediately my car from the garage on the basement (parking costs $20/day) becouse it was getting flooded due to heavy rain; when questioned about it, the attendant told me that whenever it rains very hard the garage floods !! however, couldnt get the car out immediately becouse 2 other cars were parked just outside the gate blocking the way;3rd> check out time is 11am, and I asked about the possibility of vacating the room by noon;was told that should pay 1 extra day |

i've stay'd at the eva twice now, i'l be back at christmas, cant wait, it's the best hotel i,ve stay,d at in regards to value for money friendly staff etc, my advice to anyone is when in miami you gotta stay at the eva, many thanks!!!! |

The beds were extremely comfortable. The room had been painted just prior to arrival and the room smelt very strongly of paint. In addition, the paint was not completely dry and I ended up with white paint on my clothing. |

Great location for the price. The basics were there: hot shower; cold a/c; comfy bed. Sure, improvements could be made, but it was fine for our needs. I hear they are renovating soon, so I won't waste much time, but it really would have been helpful if the safe had worked. |

It is a nice a place in a very good spot in Sobe. Our room was clean and the personnel was very accomodating. The hotel is fearly quiet even tough it is located on Collins Ave. It is close to several night clubs, shops and beach. I would recommend it to anybody who plans to visit Miami, party a lot and uses the room mostly for sleeping. The disadvantage is that the hotel is situated between two other buildngs and to be honest you can not really use the windows. There were not plates, glasses nor any other equipment in the kitchen apart from the fridge. |

big beds, big rooms facilities need an update (things are chipped and peeling), $20 for parking per day that was supposed to be free/unlimited in-and-out but they allowed staff to double park everyone in so that all day they were jockeying cars around. INCONVENIENT! |

Our family had a good time there. Very convinient to the beach and to all kinds of stores! The air conditioner is a bit noisy, but without it we couldn't have a good sleep. |

fantastic location - within walking distance everywhere, the beds were real comfortable, also they gave us 5.00usd discount at their restaurant which by the way was great - everyone was really nice for the price you can't go wrong also I forgot the self parking which is really a great feature |

Location only They gave us a room for 2 instead of 3 persons. One of us was sleeping on the floor on a matress. The staff were rude. The room was dirty. |
