We could check in early. We really needed to sleep upon arrival. Very appreciative of this. Bed was very comfortable.
No fridge in room.
Very clean, rooms are good size, staff very friendly
noisy construction within the hotel, pillows too flat, no late check out available without spending a small fortune
Loved the rain head shower and the bathroom as a whole. Comfortable bed with nice fluffy white sheets.
Have A/C fan on high to simulate a "fan" noise so I can sleep, but it was very faint.
Location Excellent staff Well appointed room Would stay again
Wish room had a coffee maker Room refrigerator had items in it
The staff were not only professional, but extremely helpful, and approachable. The hotel decor itself was perhaps the most rewarding, and pleasurable!!
The design, in one area could have/should have been thought out (designed) a better. I think it was how you needed to go to the second level (switch elevators)...all in order to reach the upper levels of the hotel. Not very accommodating. :-(
The breakfast buffet was excellent. Very attentive service.
The noise from the street.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
The location on corner of 6th Av/30th street is perfect. Bar area very modern and the "Wine hour" is a nice touch/winner Great views from upper floors The Eventi team are more than accommodating - nothing was to much
Having to Check out !
Location was close to many attractions. Great view of the Empire State Building from our upgraded room. Service was prompt and front desk staff easily accommodated our request to be near our children's room.
No coffee or expresso maker in the room. No ice making machines. The furniture in the room was worn looking and not something I would want to sit in.
The hotel is located very central of Manhattan, very convenient to both subway and Penn Station. The hotel has free wine hour 17:00 - 18:00 providing good quality of wines as much as you like.
Complementary wine hour and mid-town location - close to everything. Free and fast wifi.
Fold out sofa in one bedroom suite not that comfortable.
The location was excellent and within walking distance to everything midtown. The staff is wonderful. Stayed here for our anniversary, received an upgraded room and a bottle of champagne. Everything about the hotel exceeded expectations.
Hotel is actually nice, but they're stealing money
On my credit card statement I noticed an additional charge from this hotel. When I wrote they did not even bother to reply. Only when I called they tried to give explanation that this is from mini bar, supposedly JD even though I don't even consume alcohol. So they're plainly stealing the money and trying to get away with it. There was no even surprise in their voice when I called. Stay away from it if you don't want to be cheated.
Liked the area, hotel atmosphere, used the gym. Staff is very good.
closet space and dresser drawer space is pretty small for a 5 day stay.
Eventi didn't have a record of our reservation from Booking.com when we arrived. They not only honored our reservation but upgraded us to a suite and sent wine and cupcakes to the room after having made us wait a bit until they worked it all out. Amazingly helpful staff the entire time we were there. The location was perfect and the room was beyond comfortable. We will definitely stay again.
Can't think of a single thing.
Cramped, noisy, expensive some staff were ignorant to say the least.
Great rain shower.
Good location, nice staff.
the a/c is too noisy in the night.
The comfort the environment peaceful and upscale
The parking no place to park
Room was very comfortable.
that we were put in an adjoining room with someone who had a dog. At least the dog only barked after we were already awake
Very comfortable room with a view over 6th Avenue and the Empire State. Friendly, courteous staff and location-wise it's perfect if you want to walk around Manhattan. If you don't, the subway isn't far away. I've stayed at more expensive hotels and they haven't been anywhere near as good. Note: Can't comment on the dining/bar facilities because we didn't use them, but with everything at your disposal outside the door, it's not a big issue.
No complaints at all.
Value - Price/room Outside Bar Area :) Location - great for covering lower & upper Manhattan
Not much - exceeded my expectations for a reasonably priced hotel in NYC
It looked better in pictures.
staff cleaniness family-friendly ammenities
Our first visit was great.. we had a King room with a partial view
Our second visit we had a "Deluxe King Room with a City View"... Honestly it didn't seem any different from the first room -- only we paid more money.. and it was on a higher floor.. Still not a big difference. Did not like the huge desk in front of the window.. Just very very disappointing esp for a honeymoon visit. Not a happy camper.
