This Atlanta hotel is 11 miles from the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. The hotel features an outdoor heated pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant.
Score from 472 reviews Very good
This ideally located downtown Atlanta hotel has a fitness center and restaurant. The Ritz-Carlton is less than one mile from MARTA mass transit and features 37-inch flat-screen TVs for guests.
Score from 191 reviews Excellent
Conveniently located only 25 minutes from Atlanta's Hartfield-Jackson Airport, the Doubletree Atlanta - Northlake hotel provides a quality accommodation in a suburban setting, beautiful landscaped...
Score from 28 reviews Excellent
The hotel looks really good. My view of the lake was excellent.
Some of the valet personnel would greet you at the door and open the door; and some would not. They all should greet you at the door and open doors.
Staff and Supervisor have never responsed and resolved against guest's request. I felt too bad and it was like nightmares.
Good location when visiting Stone Mountain. Friendly staff.
Rooms are fairly standard, lack of amenities, lack of upkeep and long waits to speak with concierge. Overall, I expected more for the money.
Accommodations were fine. Dinner in lounge was good. Breakfast was outstanding--waitress was wonderful.
Inside pool seemed over chlorinated--family could not stay in due to eyes burning. We were awakened at 3:00 a.m. with a man yelling on our hallway--that is not the hotel fault but rather rude overnighters--hard to use the word guest with such inconsiderate behavior.
all around a perfect place every thing was wonderful will stay again
Great location, we were at the Country Living Fair at Stone Mountain, beautiful scenery.
They put us on the first floor, which felt like the basement, never seen anyone down there, even employees, I had to complain to staff that there were breakfast trays from 2 different in the hallway with all kinds of food on them, it was disgusting
Location is perfect, and some of the facilities good (pool area and sportbar)
Rooms are old fashioned Restaurant ( buffet) rather poor quality food and little variety
The delicious breakfast and very accommodating supervisor, staff and servers. The resto man lent me a microwave oven when I requested that my food bought from the supermarket be heated by them since it's not allowable to heat food for us. Another instance is that they were flexible enough not to charge breakfast for the third person on our first day since we wont be having our second day breakfast for 2 pax there due to our leaving the hotel at 545am (breakfast not available yet); our accommodation was booked thru Booking, com and not directly with Marriott so they couldnt adjust the second day breakfast credit to us. It was a kind consideration on their part not to charge the 3rd person for breakfast in our first day. Breakfast was very good! Enjoyed our 2 day stay in the hotel with clean rooms and very kind staff, bell service and delicious breakfast.
No microwave oven and no free wifi. A charge of 15 usd is too much for a 24 hour internet browsing since room rate costs 239./day. Nowadays, wifi is a necessity in this modern world.
Very clean. Staff friendly.
Evening buffett was good.morning meal egg, bacon sauage, buscits all cold. Was a very poor meal for the cost. Also my wife bought a sandwich later and when eating said the bread was very dry and not good. Looked on the bottom of the container and said sell by july 19 and she purshased july 21. should never have been left on the shelf past a sell date.
The indoor pool was nice, but the outdoor pool could use some cleaning. Debris all in the water.
It was way over priced! The check in staff was very rude!!!
Clean, good food, location, pretty landscaping, nice pool, inside and out
Did not have free internet service
Several times we asked staff for directions, questions about park & they responded they did not know. Also, it was SO busy over the 4th holiday, it would have been nice to have an express lane for people with passes to reduce our wait to enter the park to return to hotel.
Very beautiful location.
Everything about the Evergreen was superb! From the time we checked in and felt so welcome through the final moments we were trying to squeeze in enjoying the pool and checking out "a little later," the staff made us comfortable. The constant response of "My pleasure!" was indeed meaningful and never phony, as they did everything possible to make our stay a real PLEASURE! I even called from Geyser Towers to ask if my grandson would be allowed on the shuttle back to the hotel if his clothes were still wet... and they said, "Of course," as though they were a willing parent, reaching out to top off the day of fun recognizing the excitement of it all. The BREAKFAST BUFFET was the best I have ever had. From the freshest fruit to the made-to-order omelets, to the biscuits and gravy, to the kind and gentle service and the restaurant ambiance, our day began with a feeling that we had made the right decision staying at the Evergreen. It tops any 5 star hotel where I have stayed!
I like the location.
The staff didn't know how to extend my stay , because I used an online booking agent. The employees said there were lunch carts in operation poolside, and they were not open . The bar/lounge was not open during the lunch hour.
Reserved king bed but got 2 twins. Reserved and paid for lake view but got hill to parking lot.
Great escape from downtown Atlanta. We liked the fact that it is set in a park that requires an entrance fee.
The workout room was inferior. The menu and wine list in the dining room were a bit lacking. Plus, we could not even receive our wine in the proper glass because we were told they were all being cleaned. Otherwise, it was a lovely experience.
The bar was great
The gym was very poor
Closeness to the park
Problem with getting access to wifi. Nevertheless, representative made the necessary adjustments to correct the problem
The room had the best view, highly recommend the part of Atlanta you are near. So close to the 285 and GA78. The staff and food choices were stellar. Great for family's with the 2 pools
The only thing that is bad is the proximity of the rooms. You can hear everything in the room above you, but in all fairness that's just not enough to overshadow the perks of the resort.
Professionalism of the staff. Spotless environment. Easy in, easy out access.
Just a little expensive, but it was marriott, what do I expect. If the pool closed at 12 that would accommodate laser show participants better.
Everything was perfect... The view was breath taking
Not too many free movie channels on TV... News, spots, but only one movie Chanel that was not the best.
Friendly, beautiful and clean
Nice room, great view of the lake. Excellent service.
