The staff was very kind, they left us a tons of infos. Very clean and very mountain style. Definitely worth it
The check-in time was max at 5pm, we were there at 4.45 and the reception was closed. No problem, they actually were really kind and left us the keys but if we knew about that, we would arrive later and enjoy our afternoon in no hurry
The Furnishings, Helpful and Friendly Staff, Comfortable Bed, It was chaming and quaint, Very Reasonably Priced andVery Clean
Room was a little small, but to be expected for this type of Motel!
Cosiness and décor of room, helpfulness of young woman on book in. Very clean. Great value for money
This motel was very well run by a lovely young couple. We arrived one day late and they were very accommodating about changing the arrival date. Thank you.
The only thing I did not like was the fact that they used chemicals in the room and on the bedsheets. Many people are allergic to room fresheners and they are potentially toxic. Additionally using "dryer sheets" on the bedsheets imparts more chemicals that are absorbed by the skin. Please do not use these chemicals in your rooms.
The office staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Parking was a little tight
I liked Farrah ! the most beautiful woman in the state !

This is my favorite place to stay when I come to Yellowstone. The staff is very friendly, and it is always clean and comfortable! This property has a cabin feel without the cabin price. I just love the decor and pine log furniture. It is perfect for a romantic getaway in the mountains. There are many things to see and do in West Yellowstone, and it is close to Yellowstone National Park.
It does take a little while for the water to warm up in the shower/bath, but that is not a big concern.
Cute and good location for a great price.
The room was decorated nicely and the bed was fairly comfortable. Of course I don't sleep well in new places, so may not be a good judge for that. The staff was pleasant and helpful when asking questions.
The shower was really small and tight, you diffently didn't spend a lot of time in there. And other than the squeaky floor the room was good!
I was checked in by the beautiful Sara, who is also responsible for decorating the amazing rooms I found out. She was extremely helpful and the rooms have everything you need and they're beautifully decorated. Would definitely come again.
Just the hangover that I had after celebrating Halloween in the local saloon, but that was my own fault entirely.
If you are looking for clean, comfortable and quaint, this is the place. Loved the handmade furnishings and the "woodsy" decor including lamps, towel rack and toilet paper holder.
When vacationing, all we want/need is something clean and comfy. If I had to say something negative, it would be that The shower was tiny but it served the purpose very well.
It was cozy and comfortable. The owners took pride in their place and it showed.
Walls were thing. This could probably be corrected inexpensively by adding a layer of cork to each wall.
Good staff, historical motel with new equipment, clean, warm and comfortable room.
The very nice devotestes rooms
location, courteous and helpful staff ,wonderfully carved beds, room styling.
no phones in the room, room were little small to our liking and then the electricity went out , good thing that they moved us to a nearby motel.
the location and quiet were great price was ok.
wifi was poor so was tv channel choice otherwise ok.
The hotel was a very pleasent surprise. The 'one star' rating didn't prepare us for the great room. Quiet, very clean, the staff was excellent. Much better experience than some 3 star hotels in the area.
The space in the bathroom was a bit snug for my husband, but he is a big guy. I found it fine.
Great location and friendly staff. Older motel, but a great value.
we left for breakfast and came back before 8 am but they had already cleaned room. We hadn't checked out yet. when we mentioned it at desk, the woman became angry, raised her voice, and said we should have told them -- the office wasn't open yet -- and kept yelling at us. We walked away and won't be going back.
We were moved to the Moose..........., because the room reserved for us was not useable, because of plumbing problems.
The motel is right at the west gate to Yellowstone Park so very convenient. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The cabin style rooms are clean and comfortable although on the compact side!! The value for money in such a high profile tourist area is excellent.
I have to admit that when we first pulled up in the car, our hearts sank, as the exterior is definitely in need of some tender loving care. However the warmth of the welcome and the cozy interior made the exterior much less important.
This was a great choice for touring Yellowstone clean and convenient
Couch is dated and not comforable but who comes to Yellowstone to sit on the couch
The motel was very convenient to the park. Great for fishermen!
They must use Tide as their detergent and the smell is very hard on my allergies. It actually was so strong that I couldn't sleep much. At least I knew it was clean, but I wish they used hypoallergenic detergents.
