meget venligt personale, hjælpsom. Masser af plads på værelset og god standard. renlighed ok. der kunne godt trænge til små revoneringer. Ved elevator, lave dørkarm imellem værelse og badeværelse osv. |

It was close to my brother's house. I like the size of the room. The carpet felt like recycled coconut husks. The mattress needs to thicker and more comfortable. The showerhead was old. In general, the hallways were hot (no a/c) and the place feels like it's under construction. Also, you really need to add a ramp to the front entrance. |

The location was perfect for the weekend. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed, so it had more of a homely feel when returning to the hotel. I like the boutique hotel approach, as it feels more like having an apartment than renting a room. However, the details could be more high end. Slicker bathrooms, lighting, bedding, curtains etc. |

Used to love this hotel. Excellent staff, fabulous large rooms. Great location. Can no longer stay there. Internet is about as slow as dial-up so not good for business in spite of excellent location. |

very spacious rug in room smelled like mildew everyday we were there. had to ask to have rug sprayed with deodorizer. |

The location was excellent. The room was very clean and the staff was especially helpful and professional. The only complaint was that when we went down to have breakfast, there weren't many choices considering the fixed price of $12.00/per person. On the other hand it was not a huge deal, because we were able to go to a nearby coffee shop. |

The room was even bigger than expected. The room facilities were nice and the beds were really comfy. The hotel location was good. There were several lamps that had burned out in our room that would have needed changing. The bill was incorrect with minibar items that we had not used, however it was promptly corrected when the mistake was pointed out. |

The hotel is situated 2 blocks from Wallstreet, which is super! There's a starbucks around the corner and the neighbourhood is prette quiet after office hours! The beds are prette thin and hard, the bathroom is old - very small bath, the design interior as shown on the pictures is there but in a deteriorated state, like everything's been used 5000 times. |

Staff are so helpful and nice, all of them. Locations is great, very close to metro station and has very good connection. Room was big and nicely decorated Lack of facilities such as gym, spa or pool, but it is not so important as you do not have enough time in NYC, there's so much to see |

Very courteous and professional staff is definitely the hotel's biggest asset. All personnel are very polite which is not a common feature among other NY hotels. Even though the hotel, which is ranked as 4*, would probably get 3* in Europe, it is a very decent place to stay especially when you look at the rates which are really competitive. Location - 5 min. |

Rooms are very clean, big and confortable. Each day polite bed linen and towels are changed. The staff is reallly polite and reliable. The location is really good: close to metro and to all the main interest places. |

We had a quite big room with couch and big tv and nice comfotable bed. Staff was very nice and kind. We recommend this hotel. A bit old bathtube and shower. The lounge was open only few hours in the evening and closed during the weekend so you couldn't spend some time there for drinks and stuff. |

The room was well appointed. Some details (some lights didn't work) were fixed within 15 minutes of asking. The stay was over the weekend which is why the rate was so affordable in New York City. |

the room was really nice. The staff is great. There is even French-speaking people at the reception The location, Wall Street, is not great for a week-end stay. The bar is not open on we (which I understand as there is nobody in the district on Saturday and Sunday |

The staff were great, and it was convenient that they had a computer in the lobby with a printer and internet access. I think that the help I received from the front desk personnel, in particular Arturo, was phenomenal. |
