The Feel was Amazing. I really enjoyed it .

Free wifi, clean rooms, good location

It was raining and hotel did not have umbrella for guests to borrow

design in the lobby,

no phone working in the room,(are they in brankupcy !!)they ask us to join them with a cell phone at the lobby ! no service... (at our cost ???) curtains dirty bathroom too residential design (poor quality of material) no ventilation, problem with the bath and toilet. lack of services too much noise by a group of bosses ???don't respect the client with their big mouth ! all day in the dining room not invitating to go there...

The front desk staff when we check in was very friendly. She gave us map and recommend locations, sites, and restaurants to visit. The rooms were very clean and nice decor. The staff was excellent we asked for ice and towel and within minutes a staff person was knocking on the door. I truly enjoyed my stay. The hotel location was close to different sites yet away from the city noise on downtown. It was quite at night that was great after day of site seeing.

It was a little price, and they need to offer discounts. Your website stated 10% percent off todays stay. However we was not given that discount.

The location The room was nicely big

Hairs were laying in the bathroom. There was no warm water on a Sunday morning until 2 PM The staff handheld that situation very poorly

Proximity to Wall Street and Wall St. Subway station Internet is okay smooth check in and out

Hotel is not easy to spot from out side Heater is broken (told staff three times about it. First two time they said it was fixed. Last time they admitted it but it was too late). Not many resturant and shops around the hotel

Big room. Quiet place.

The shower water pressure wasn't good and the faucet was too loose or broken. They didn't answer my email asking for cheap parking nearby.

The hotel was accommodating in that they upgraded me to a better room when I expressed my dissatisfaction. The room had lots of small issues. Broken light fixture by by .the bed. Broken closet knobs. Leaky faucet. Non- working hairdryer which they replaced after an hour of calling. No robes as advertised. Poor ventilation. All the rooms had AcC units but they were not on when we checked in so the room was very uncomfortable. Additionally , they did not AC the hallways.

The staff was friendly, the room was very nice. I live in the Bronx and wanted to get away but not leave the city. This place was just the get away needed.

Parking was the only obstacle but I was lucky to find one that you could park over the weekend free, I just did not move it until Monday 8 am when I left.

Nothing to like. Very expensive and very poor conditions.

Nice room; friendly staff; relaxing atmosphere...wine offered on arrival; luggage check available when you arrive early; great location; quiet at night; perfect to rest our weary feet at end of long days visiting the City!!

This adorable hidden Wall Street hotel I've walked by a thousand times . The staff was attentive anc extremely kind. If you like wine they offer complimentary glass, there's a cute bar you can have your friends hang and you roll into bed when the night is over. Room was beautiful and comfortable. I had an excellent nights sleep

Rooms were very large and clean

Shower pressure was terrible and beds were a little on the firmer side

The room was quite large (by New York standards), the bed was comfortable and the overall atmosphere was pleasant.It has a good location, within easy walking distance of many subway lines, without the hectic touristy feel of the Times Square area.

Wow! Thank you Eurostars Wall Street for making my trip back to New York after 4 years absolutely amazing! I was upgraded from a standard room to a suite at no additional charge and this was just the beginning. The staff was unbelievably helpful and the night front desk crew were warm and comedic! They had me laughing from the moment I checked in. Great little warm hotel lounge where we had a couple cocktails before heading out on the town Friday night. The cleanliness of the room was great! The maids were there everyday and did their thing. Only small negative was the bed was pretty hard. But for an upgrade like this, with stainless steel kitchen, and a huge living room, desk and huge all around almost ceiling to floor windows (what a view!) I could hande that bed just fine. Thanks Again! What a great hotel. Highly recommended.....! Devon Morse

I was upgraded to a suite.

The air conditioning unit did not work and the room was very uncomfortable and hot. The upgrade was not worth it. The breakfast should be complimentary. It was not worth $15.

Room was bleak, and look out onto an airshaft.

The walking distance to the piers.

No restaurant
