Le personnel est très accueillant et l'hotel est idéalement situé dans Wall Street. Pour le prix, l'equipement audio et video de la chambre laisse à désirer. |

L'emplacement de l'hotel, le personnel ( surtout la personne de l'apres midi et du soir qui est génial! Et en plus il parle correctement le Francais!) |

La localisation. Ai aussi aimé qu'on me laisse repartir après la première nuit au lieu des trois prévues. J'ai quittél'hôtel après la première nuit : incapable d'y dormir : la soufflerie d'aération du bâtiment voisin arrive devant les fenêtrew des chambres et est très bruyante. Io faidrait poser des fenêtres insonorisantes car on a l'impression de tenter de dormir dehors.s |

- La déco lounge de la réception. Le nettoyage toujours parfait. - chambre standard, à déconseiller aux claustrophobes. Airco bruyant et insuffisant. Personnel (pas tous) pas très sympa. |

The room was even bigger than expected. The room facilities were nice and the beds were really comfy. The hotel location was good. There were several lamps that had burned out in our room that would have needed changing. The bill was incorrect with minibar items that we had not used, however it was promptly corrected when the mistake was pointed out. |

The hotel is situated 2 blocks from Wallstreet, which is super! There's a starbucks around the corner and the neighbourhood is prette quiet after office hours! The beds are prette thin and hard, the bathroom is old - very small bath, the design interior as shown on the pictures is there but in a deteriorated state, like everything's been used 5000 times. |

Staff are so helpful and nice, all of them. Locations is great, very close to metro station and has very good connection. Room was big and nicely decorated Lack of facilities such as gym, spa or pool, but it is not so important as you do not have enough time in NYC, there's so much to see |

Very courteous and professional staff is definitely the hotel's biggest asset. All personnel are very polite which is not a common feature among other NY hotels. Even though the hotel, which is ranked as 4*, would probably get 3* in Europe, it is a very decent place to stay especially when you look at the rates which are really competitive. Location - 5 min. |

Rooms are very clean, big and confortable. Each day polite bed linen and towels are changed. The staff is reallly polite and reliable. The location is really good: close to metro and to all the main interest places. |

We had a quite big room with couch and big tv and nice comfotable bed. Staff was very nice and kind. We recommend this hotel. A bit old bathtube and shower. The lounge was open only few hours in the evening and closed during the weekend so you couldn't spend some time there for drinks and stuff. |

The room was well appointed. Some details (some lights didn't work) were fixed within 15 minutes of asking. The stay was over the weekend which is why the rate was so affordable in New York City. |

The staff were great, and it was convenient that they had a computer in the lobby with a printer and internet access. I think that the help I received from the front desk personnel, in particular Arturo, was phenomenal. |

Quality of room was good, as well as size. Clean, fresh bathroom. Service good. A little over-prized, but New York is New York. Only a block from Wall Street, but I rather stay further away from this part of Manhattan, even if it is close to boats to Staten Island, Brooklyn Bridgre, Ground Zero etc... |
