Had to book this room on 2 days notice and was very satisfied on price, location, cleanliness and staff. Definitely a bargain! The location is exclusively for business and conveniently located downtown. This hotel isn't for tourists looking for exciting night life since FiDi is desolate (by NYC standards) on weekends.
Large rooms and kitchen facilites. Easy access to the south street seaport.
No regrets. I enjoyed my stay!
I like the kitchen and the water was hot
There was a terrible banging noise at night every 20 mins. Heating issue I think or some sort of plumbing problem.
Very nice amenities, refrigerator, microwave, desk, toiletries.
Friendly staff Good location Good size of room for location Free, fast wifi
Just a few small things that gave the feeling that the place needed maintenance
Received a room upgrade. Large room with unique view of financial district. Historic building. Quiet. Slept well. Far surpassed my expectations.
Although affordably priced, ($10) I would not pay for the breakfast. Better quality fare can be found a short walk away.
The rooms are well appointed, including the kitchen. There are many options in the surrounding area, and it's fairly close to public transportation via subway. Staff was friendly.
My only complaint during this day was that the staff could not recommend any restaurants in the vicinity, which was ridiculous. I found many options within a short walk of the hotel.
bathroom sink filled up. Could not release stopper.
Double queen room was large and comfortable. Front desk staff were helpful and professional. Nearby parking with discount.
Poor quality food for breakfast buffet and lackadaisical service. General condition of room was a bit run-down in terms of wear-and-tear.
Price was great and the staff was Excellent.
If you're interested in staying in downtown is a nice place to stay, and the staff was really helpful.
Great location close to so many different subway stations. There are banks/ATMs, bodegas, convenient stores, pharmacies, a Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts all within a block or two of the hotel. The room was also super spacious.
Like the other reviews say, the furniture and fixtures could use an update, and the TV was definitely below standard definition.
I had a great time staying here. It was near everything and my suit was wonderful. I would most likely come here again for sure . Gentleman named Anthony and Ivan were very nice and helpful
I didn't appreciate getting charged extra money after my stay because I thought everything was included in my stay.
The price for the location was the most wonderful surprise.
Nice staff, clean ,well located, decent breakfast.
No side lamps by the bed ,room was cold ,although weather was very chilly and it improved after complaint, laminate flooring in bedroom also made it not so cosy.
Close to where I needed to be. Super friendly staff. Very efficient hotel and room had a nice kitchen. The room windows actually opened.
Odd shower door arrangement. Only half of tub had a door. Not a lot of closet space.
The space in the room and the sofa. Very close to 9/11 and food.
A little far from metro. On weekends the line of metro do not go close, you have to walk more.
size of room and layout.
Things needed cosmetic updates
spacious room, kitchen, parking options close-by, great value
not really anything
I liked how neat the room was. I enjoyed the beautiful view and location.
I didnt like that the drinks and snacks were so much money. I feel like with the price of the room they should lower the snack and beverage prices or charge nothing at all. I had a breakfast included room but didn't recieve any breakfast.
Looking for a small cozy place to stay? A home away from home so to speak. This place is perfect. The rooms are setup like modern studio apartments. I stood on the top floor, check this the 8th floor. The view of the financial district from my room window was beautiful and as a born and raised New Yorker, I am not easily impressed. I've stayed in various big name chain hotels in and out of New York City. I took a shot with this place and I was very pleased. The staff were very nice and accommodating.
It was definitely a bang for the buck, awesome spacious room and the comfort level was amazing
Purchasing extra commodities were a bit pricey and the television was very small in comparison to the room and length.
Very spacious room w/ two Queen beds.
Four sets of lights out in our room, so I was unable to read the whole weekend. Cabinetry old and damaged in bathroom.
