街の中心からは離れるものの、地下鉄はExpressも停まるなどアクセスが良い。Upgradeの部屋にしたせいもあり、客室は最高。

主要道路から１本裏という感じで、少し寂い場所だった。ホテルロビーや廊下も狭く、パッと見は高級なホテルという印象では無かった。

貴方のこのホテルに対するコメントは「嘘」である。「おしゃれなプチホテル」ではない。きめ細かなサービスは一切ない。むしろ世界中をビジネスや旅行で定期的に回るが、このような最低のホテルは初めて、倉庫を改造して程度のサービスアパートメントレベルである。建物は古く、寛容さを持っても、お湯が殆ど出ない風呂、窓がガタガタして音がうるさくて眠れない苦痛を味わった。たまたま同じような場面に遭遇したが、他にもフロントはこのようなトラブル対応に追われており、従業員の士気も落ちている様子。ベット家具類はモダンだが安ものだ。部屋では寛げない。

従業員全てがホテルサービスの基本を身につけていない。フロントは横柄、モーニングコールは時間通りでない。空港までTAXIを頼んだらリムジンサービスであった。値段は幾らかと女性従業員に聞いたら頼んだ自分も無責任に「知らない」との発言。チェックアウト時にさようならの一言もなくフロントにいやいや立っているだけ。部屋の清掃係もひどく使ったコップをあちこちにおいたままで決められた場所にマニュアル通りにおいていない。テレビのリモコンも掃除の後見つからず、ようやく窓の内側に隠れるように置いてあった。予約変更のトラブル時も通常ホテルの対応とはかけ離れていて不安を感じて、宿泊先を変更しようかと思ったが、今思えば、その時の印象が当たっていた。全てにおいてこのホテルはサービス方針を見直すべきである。二度と宿泊はしない。このようなホテルに3泊もして今回のNYの旅に嫌な印象を残した。

The room was even bigger than expected. The room facilities were nice and the beds were really comfy. The hotel location was good.

There were several lamps that had burned out in our room that would have needed changing. The bill was incorrect with minibar items that we had not used, however it was promptly corrected when the mistake was pointed out.

The hotel is situated 2 blocks from Wallstreet, which is super! There's a starbucks around the corner and the neighbourhood is prette quiet after office hours!

The beds are prette thin and hard, the bathroom is old - very small bath, the design interior as shown on the pictures is there but in a deteriorated state, like everything's been used 5000 times.

The staff wanted to keep you happy

1) Noisy at times , 2) Noisy A/C -Heating, 3) I expected better concierge service.

Very courteous and professional staff is definitely the hotel's biggest asset. All personnel are very polite which is not a common feature among other NY hotels. Even though the hotel, which is ranked as 4*, would probably get 3* in Europe, it is a very decent place to stay especially when you look at the rates which are really competitive. Location - 5 min.

We had a quite big room with couch and big tv and nice comfotable bed. Staff was very nice and kind. We recommend this hotel.

A bit old bathtube and shower. The lounge was open only few hours in the evening and closed during the weekend so you couldn't spend some time there for drinks and stuff.

The room was well appointed. Some details (some lights didn't work) were fixed within 15 minutes of asking. The stay was over the weekend which is why the rate was so affordable in New York City.

THe Staff was really helpful and curteous, They really went out of there way to make us welcome,
