Fijn hotel gelegen in het hartje van Wallstreet. Zeer goed gelegen voor wie 's avonds niet in de drukte van het centrum wil zitten. |

Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. De kamer was heel netjes en Vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel. Kamer netjes en schoon. Veel ruimte en opbergmogelijkheden. Groot plasma scherm aan de muur en een ruime zithoek. Koelkastje met vriesvak en magnetron. Het hotel ligt in het financiele gedeelte van Manhattan op een steenworp afstand van South Street Sea Port. Metrostations vlakbij. |

Wij hadden een enorm ruime kamer. De lokatie was perfect, dichtbij wat winkels en metrostations in de buurt. Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. |

Het Hotel was prima, rusting met weinig lawaai/ verkeer en ander geluid, redelijk dicht bij Metro en veel eetgelegenheden. |

Toplocatie op lower Manhatten. Dichtbij leuke winkels en restaurants. Nette eigentijdse kamer. Prima service door hotelmedewerkers. Verschillende ontbijtmogelijkheden in en buiten het hotel. |

It was close to my brother's house. I like the size of the room. The carpet felt like recycled coconut husks. The mattress needs to thicker and more comfortable. The showerhead was old. In general, the hallways were hot (no a/c) and the place feels like it's under construction. Also, you really need to add a ramp to the front entrance. |

The location was perfect for the weekend. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed, so it had more of a homely feel when returning to the hotel. I like the boutique hotel approach, as it feels more like having an apartment than renting a room. However, the details could be more high end. Slicker bathrooms, lighting, bedding, curtains etc. |

Used to love this hotel. Excellent staff, fabulous large rooms. Great location. Can no longer stay there. Internet is about as slow as dial-up so not good for business in spite of excellent location. |

The location was excellent. The room was very clean and the staff was especially helpful and professional. The only complaint was that when we went down to have breakfast, there weren't many choices considering the fixed price of $12.00/per person. On the other hand it was not a huge deal, because we were able to go to a nearby coffee shop. |

The room was even bigger than expected. The room facilities were nice and the beds were really comfy. The hotel location was good. There were several lamps that had burned out in our room that would have needed changing. The bill was incorrect with minibar items that we had not used, however it was promptly corrected when the mistake was pointed out. |

The hotel is situated 2 blocks from Wallstreet, which is super! There's a starbucks around the corner and the neighbourhood is prette quiet after office hours! The beds are prette thin and hard, the bathroom is old - very small bath, the design interior as shown on the pictures is there but in a deteriorated state, like everything's been used 5000 times. |

Staff are so helpful and nice, all of them. Locations is great, very close to metro station and has very good connection. Room was big and nicely decorated Lack of facilities such as gym, spa or pool, but it is not so important as you do not have enough time in NYC, there's so much to see |

Very courteous and professional staff is definitely the hotel's biggest asset. All personnel are very polite which is not a common feature among other NY hotels. Even though the hotel, which is ranked as 4*, would probably get 3* in Europe, it is a very decent place to stay especially when you look at the rates which are really competitive. Location - 5 min. |

Rooms are very clean, big and confortable. Each day polite bed linen and towels are changed. The staff is reallly polite and reliable. The location is really good: close to metro and to all the main interest places. |
