Jak na stan hoteli w NYC to oceniam ten hotel dobrze. Ilość gwiazdek europejskich to max 3. Dobra lokalizacja przy Wall str. i metrze w sasiedztwie zabytkowa dzielnica portowa z knajpkami. Niezle śniadanie i rzeczywiście duże pokoje. Dobra obsługa. W hotelu unosi się lekki zapaszek środka do odświerzania powietrza.

Sieć bezprzewodowa jest widoczna dla komputeró i dość dobra jakość sygnału tylko ze nie można połączyć się z internetem.

Super lokalizacja, cicha okolica, można nieco uciec od zgiełku i hałasu Manhatanu, a jednocześnie wszędzie blisko, doskonałe połączenie metrem z wszystkimi rejonami Manhatanu, blisko do fajnych knajp i sklepów. Pokój bardzo duży jak na standardy NYC.

It was close to my brother's house. I like the size of the room.

The carpet felt like recycled coconut husks. The mattress needs to thicker and more comfortable. The showerhead was old. In general, the hallways were hot (no a/c) and the place feels like it's under construction. Also, you really need to add a ramp to the front entrance.

Used to love this hotel. Excellent staff, fabulous large rooms. Great location.

Can no longer stay there. Internet is about as slow as dial-up so not good for business in spite of excellent location.

rug in room smelled like mildew everyday we were there. had to ask to have rug sprayed with deodorizer.

The room and the hotel was very clean and the employees were very good

The room was even bigger than expected. The room facilities were nice and the beds were really comfy. The hotel location was good.

There were several lamps that had burned out in our room that would have needed changing. The bill was incorrect with minibar items that we had not used, however it was promptly corrected when the mistake was pointed out.

The hotel is situated 2 blocks from Wallstreet, which is super! There's a starbucks around the corner and the neighbourhood is prette quiet after office hours!

The beds are prette thin and hard, the bathroom is old - very small bath, the design interior as shown on the pictures is there but in a deteriorated state, like everything's been used 5000 times.

The staff wanted to keep you happy

1) Noisy at times , 2) Noisy A/C -Heating, 3) I expected better concierge service.

Very courteous and professional staff is definitely the hotel's biggest asset. All personnel are very polite which is not a common feature among other NY hotels. Even though the hotel, which is ranked as 4*, would probably get 3* in Europe, it is a very decent place to stay especially when you look at the rates which are really competitive. Location - 5 min.

We had a quite big room with couch and big tv and nice comfotable bed. Staff was very nice and kind. We recommend this hotel.

A bit old bathtube and shower. The lounge was open only few hours in the evening and closed during the weekend so you couldn't spend some time there for drinks and stuff.

The room was well appointed. Some details (some lights didn't work) were fixed within 15 minutes of asking. The stay was over the weekend which is why the rate was so affordable in New York City.
