Awful. Bugs and filthy
Awful. Bugs and filthy
I didnt like anything but the staff
The hotel was in a good location but was in a poor condition
The checkout clerk was friendly
The hotel was deplorable. The walls were nasty, there were apparent bodily fluids on the walls, toenails on the carpet, shower curtains had twisty ties on them to keep closed, no blankets in the beds, microwave stood on one leg, fridge didn't cool, and just dirty. We video'd the room for proof. I'll never ever recommend this girl and wish I never stayed there. Only because we traveled 9 hours, it was almost midnight, and initially brought our own blankets so we slept on top of those) is why we stayed there. But we got up at 530 am and got out of there. It was horrible!!!
Beds were very comfortable
Smell of deodorant they used in the room was way too strong, walls needed cleaned, and shower curtain rod was zip tied up. Minor repairs and a GOOD cleaning would really make it a nice place.
It was clean and the hotel staff were nice. The location to the Zachary Youth Park was convenient where my son was playing baseball. We rested very good. The beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked great!
There was nothing that I did not like
It really was a bad experience
The air conditioning. Froze up around midnight
Need more chairs in rooms for older people.
I loved the location... Quiet... Yeah that's about it!
The hotel was not completely clean, the carpets looked as if they had never been cleaned. During my stay I asked the staff (4 different employees) numerous times to come and check on the beeping smoke detector 72 hours later it's still beeping! It completely ruined my stay! The staff completely ignored my request over and over and over again!!
The first room was unsafe-a broken electric socket next to the sink and a broken head board that fell on me during the night and shard screws sticking out of the wood that could injured me. The room the moved me to was next to the stairs and I heard the sounds of people going up and down the stairs. The a/c upstairs was leaking with the steady drip landing on the outside metal hull of my a/C. I did not sleep either night. I was attending my brother's funeral.
