Leaving AC TV nice
The ice bucket had nasty gooey stuff in it . Found long hairs in my bed. Shower area had mold. Lock was broken off of the door. Steps to second floor in need of repair. Breakfast packaged Honey bun
The staff was friendly.
The sheets were stained... There was a lot of humidity in the room. All the furnitures were wet as well as the floor.
It's not worth the money a very ratty
I really like the staff I think his name was Jay, he made sure we had our room resvered and made sure we were okay
needed an extra rollaway bed and one was not available
That it had a small kitchen
The tile floor in the room we got the tiles were loose room 102 I commend carpet n would have preferred carpet in any room I pay for it wasn't worth the $140 I paid....
Price and location
Odor of room and the room needs up dating
have honest staff
room was terrible, floor ceramic loose, whole toilet moved, toilet seat loose, restroom door didnot close. the room room wasn't ready
I liked the it had a kitchenette. Up-dated wall paint and flooring, however, felt it was a mere renovated paint over moldy smell.
Bathroom had a moldy smell not even my perfume coversed it up. One of the beds had what felt like crumbs in it. You can see what was to be water damage that seemed painted over. For max 4 people staying, there was not enough towels. Not worth the $200 a nt due to convention performance.
the parking was not aderquate, the bed looked like someone had slept in it already, the tile floors were cracking and spongy feeling when you walked on them, the atmosphere seemed "shady" and gave us an uneasy feel
Good pool.good bed.good batroom.good tv programing
The refrigerators was not cooling good, the microwave doesnt work.
Great customer service
Breakfast need more variety
I enjoyed having a kitchenette in the room, which helped us save money on on eating out.
The parking spaces were a bit small.
The worst hotel (motel) stay of my life. GROSS. Cigarette buds everywhere, just very dirty, falling apart all around. Dirty sheets with hairs and bodily stains from other people. GROSS towels. WE had to change the sheets ourselves at 1am when we finally arrived after a long trip, exhausted. "Non-smoking room" that smelled strongly like cigarretes, even the staff that came to bring clean sheets noticed and couldn't put us anywhere else because the hotel was full. (4th of July holiday) And our stay costed $180 for ONE NIGHT on that nightmare of a place. Ridiculous. NEVER again.
I liked that we had the pool in front of our door!! And the ice machine so close too. Big room so awesome.
What I didnt like was that there was people that didnt even have a room at the hotel but yet they were in the swimming pool and didnt get time to get in till really late.
Ummm.the nice tile in the pool.
First of all we called the day before to see how early we could check in and the young man said noon. We arrived at 12:30 he said he had nothing available. After sending us to several rooms we found one that we thought was clean! After unloading our luggage we start getting changed to go to the beach, I open a drawer and several roaches come out of the drawer.I immediately go to the office only to be told I would have to speak to the owner. Needless to say I went to Walmart bought Lysol and clorox wipes. There were several motels in South Padre but were booked due to an event going on in port isabel. As we were leaving the owner drove up I explained & he requested to see what them (roaches) He did refund some $. Then Saturday evening we were cleaning the pool ourselves just to swim..not a good place to stay. Just stay at the island we learned our lesson.Never Again!!
- can't beat the price - not far from beach: 10-15 minute drive from public access -staff is nice
- it's not prime time quality- hence the price so security wise I wouldn't bring my family - I'm a 24 year old male & went w/ my cousin so I'd recommend it to a group of friends
It was a very clean place .
Close to south padre island and much cheaper
Did not clean or make up beds the next day on a two day stay, tile floor left my bare feet very dirty
Im sorry to say that our experience leaves no words to describe anything worth a like... the shower has hot water. We will not stay there anymore. Our first and last time at Executive Inn in Laguna Beach.
The room we reserved did not have a kitchenette as we were expecting. The phone in the room did not work, no wifi connection, locked out of our room on the second night of our stay which included an argument from the staff, dead bugs by bathroom to welcome us. Terrible parking.
One of the rooms they have has a Jacuzzi! It was great!
The front desk personnel could be more people friendly.
Location, perhaps. About only thing.
Our rooms bathtubs didn't drain properly. Facility not very clean. Had Jacuzzi which we didn't use. There were broken tiles on Jacuzzi and on floor. Had no place to hang clothes. Were switch to another room next day, but was not much better. Loose and broken tiles on floor. Beds in both rooms we use, the AC was to close to the bed. I will not recomend this hotel to anyone. It would be a nice place to stay. but it needs a lot of upgrades.
I was surprised by the availability of the pool, which was 24hrs a day, but never went to it. There are so many disturbing things about this hotel.
There is a roach infestation, at night, they are all over the rooms (had multiple). The couple that ran the place had no manners and terrible presentation. They were surprisingly rude. Charged me 20 dollars because I was late for checkout, even though I spoke to the front desk and said we could checkout late with no extra charge, but the guy we spoke to had a terrible temper and wasn't people friendly. The rooms were terrible: stained towels, cracked/loose tiles, dirty floors, roaches everywhere, no parking, terrible air conditioning. I'll never return to this hotel again. Worst place I've never been to.
Taking a bath was uneasy. The water would switch from very hot to cold during the bath .
I liked the price along with the mini kitchen
The water from the shower stayed in the tub it did not drain. The restroom.door did not lock.
