The jacuzi tub was great. The room spacious and the table was a nice touch. The decor in our king suite was a little to tacky for our taste ie. leopard print wallpaper and curtain over the bed like a canopy.

It was close to all the areas I needed to go. They need to upgrade the bathroom, or at least perform needed maintenance. There was sagging paint in the wall above the shower/spa and caulking missing in critical areas around the tub. Looked like mold behind the sagging paint. Also the picture reception on the flat screen tv was not very clear.

The rooms were very big. Our room had a freezer/fridge, microwave, big screen t.v., and a huge tub. They would not accomodate a 1st floor room for us, even when I told them my husband has a back injury and using stairs is a problem (there is no elevator). There were 7 available 1st floor rooms on our side of the hotel. The pool was unusable- the pump was not on, the heater was not on and there were frogs swimming (and dead ones on the bottom of the pool). The "breakfast buffet" was powdered eggs and slimy sausage, along with still frozen muffins. The pool/outside furniture was very old and falling apart- we had to search for 4 usable chairs and we didn't dare set anything on the table for fear it would break. Upon checkout when we asked for a lower rate because the pool was not usable, we were told, "Sorry. We don't do that. You could have gone down the street to the aquatic center if you wanted to swim."

It's right across the street from the soccer complex so it's perfect when your kids have a tournament there. Pool is tiny... Size of a bath tub, and blast is mediocre at best . Pillows are horrible and we found a cigarette butt under the bed( yuck). Pool is basically a large bath tub so don't get overly excited about the pool.

Rooms were clean. Poor customer service - a mix-up in the reservation led to four days of phone calls with no intervention from the manager even though repeated messages were left. Breakfast was of awful. A party in the next room was completely ignored and management did nothing to stop the noise. Pool was dirty and obviously not well taken care of.

Room good but pillows lumpy. Receptionist a bit sour-faced and unfriendly. Breakfast poor and employees eating there at the same time as the guests...??!!?? Coffe weak and scummy and water for tea was luke warm. Could not take anything out of breakfast room.

La struttura è bella e curata e camera era stupenda! Molta attenzione al particolare. Avevamo scelto la stanza con la vasca idromassaggio e non ci ha delusi. Tv lcd enorme con finalmente la lista dei canali (in modo da non dover andare a cercarli a mano). Buonissima la posizione appena fuori la freeway. Colazione sia dolce che salata. Staff molto gentile. OTTIMO rapporto qualità prezzo!

The tub & the location to the sports park The towels were tiny & thin. The mattress for the hidabed was disgusting & full of stains. The BBQ was broken. Our room didn't have a flat screen tv like promised. The water was not hot for the shower
