All of the rooms were recently remodeled with new paint and new carpet, as well as a new flat screen 40 inch tv. They were very clean and comfortable. I was delighted at getting such an outstanding room at a budget price. It was obvious that the management took pride in this facility.

Not one thing The two member staff barely spoke broken english. After the bell was rang two times the lady came from the back where she was taking care of children with something spilled on her top. Not dressed to receive guest at all. Basically no breakfast at 7:50 a.m., no coffee, no artificial sweetner, no cream cheese for the one and only bagel. Upon arrival room was warm and stuffy, had an odor that smelled like animal urine. Once the air-conditioner was on it was too loud to hear the TV. Executive Inn? Not hardly! Anything but Executive.

Convienent to where I needed to be Dried blood on bed sheets and they said it was paint but I doubt it.

location Proprietor parked personal vehicle in handicap parking spot near handicap room! New mattress and springs on the bed were too high, especialy for a handicap acessable room. toilet would not flush, had to call for housekeeping to plunge it.
