Executive Hotel Pacific    

Staff was clueless about my parking needs and sent me driving about town to find parking after "their" parking ramp wouldn't accept my truck. I drove town at rush hour for an hour only to return and find that I could have parked out front until free parking began in an hour. Staff seemed to be fresh out of high school.

The staff was excellent and willing to go out of their way to offer a helping hand. The hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of Seattle, just a few blocks from Pike's Place Market.

The room was cramped and I felt there should have been more features for the price. The room appeared clean, but had a strange smell every time we walked in the room.

I liked the location and the room size was very nice but the bathroom area did not have much room.

It was a terrible workout room where the lights were burned out 2 out of 3. A tiny area to workout and it was too warm. Would have liked a dvd player or ipod dock in the room.

We liked the location. Having stayed there before about 2 years ago we expected better.

The pillows were uncomfortable. Tlhe room was oppresivelly hot with no way to turn it down and there was no way to open a window. The carpet was less than clean and was cracking and curling at the edges. The staff was barely friendly and gave information grudgingly. The parking by valet was filled and the other options were extremely expensive..It seemed that they looked at the registration and saw we had booked with Booking.com and decided to give us the smallest most uncomfortable room in the hotel.

The room was small but everything fit well. I'm used to traveling in Europe and thought the style was refreshing to see in the us.

The elevators are really slow. I liked the style, but often took the stairs because it was quicker than waiting for the elevator to arrive.

Friendly staff

We found that the staff were extremely helpful to us in terms of finding the best local economic restaurants close the the hotel and the best shopping.

We found that the Wifi connection was extremely slow, and also that the room was very hot, even with the window open at night.

Very clean and nice room.

Location near trains station and central city. I did get a recommendation for breakfast about a block away which was very good and inexpensive. I was able to store my luggage there after my checkout until late afternoon.

Promise wi-fi connections, but was unable to connect, while computers int eh "business room:" actually the corner of the lobby, would not connect to the internet at all during my stay. Echo the comment brakfast, only thing available was an independent coffee shop seemingly attached. coffee

The valet parking attendants were so courteous and helpful! It was within walking distance of downtown.

The room was very warm and the air conditioner did not work. The comforter had little, curly black hairs on it. I asked the cleaning staff to replace it, but they just made the bed with the same comforter. I had to put it on the ground, yuck!

Loved the price and location!

They didnt have air conditioning on the top floors in 72° weather and offered no solutions to make our stay more comfortable. We didnt sleep the first two nights it was so hot and found it unbearable to take warm showers or stay in bed later than 7am, (and I am one who never complains unless absolutely necessary) the staff seemed annoyed with our complaints and told us to open a window! Thanks? By our 3rd complaint and third day there We did eventually manage to get our room changed from the top floor to the third level and it was much cooler. They didnt offer mini hair dryers like most hotels so I was disappointed when I didn't pack my own but I managed. Not the worst thing.

I loved the staff. Tim was extremely kind and helpful. The location was amazing! Very pleasant stay overall Great value for your $$$

The only thing I didn't like was the room temperature. I must admit that it was a tad warm during the afternoons. But aside from that everything was superb!

Location is perfect for shopping, concert halls, tourist attractions and ease in and out of the city.

Great friendly and helpful staff. Great downtown location. Easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Complimentary wine hour.

I was with my 16 year old daughter and she was not welcome during the wine hour.

The location was pretty good.

*There was no temperature control in the room, and since it was too hot, we had to leave the window open all night and had to put up with the extra noise. *The coffee cups were dirty. *No fan in the bathroom. *Parking was terrible. Paid extra for parking at the front desk, but when we were leaving the garage, we were told we had to pay again, another $50. Miraculously we got out of paying for it, but it was an unpleasant experience.
