Good location, very close to tram + Union Square. Clean hotel, helpful staff. Complimentary winetasting every evening. Breakfast was a small table in the lobby with muffins + coffee/tea. |

The staff at the hotel were very efficient and friendly. They offered good advice on the local facilities and tourist activities. The wine tasting of an evening was good way to meet other travellers. |

Centrally situated for most city attractions. Staff generally helpful. Nice free wine reception each evening. The breakfast was poor. Muffins and a drink taken in the lobby does not compare favourably with other hotels. Also expensive for what it was though USA taxes seem to contribute considerably to the high cost. |

Location and lobby decoration Improve room cleaning, blinds efectiveness and breakfast which was supposed to be a continental breakfast and instead, a very basic one was offered. Location and staff were fine |

Very comfy bed and pillows. Free in room safe. Hotel staff were very understanding when we asked for a quiter room away from the road. We were given another room the very next morning. All of staff we encountered were extremely pleasant which we value very highly. Rooms slightly on the small side but it is a town house hotel so not too much of a surprise and how much time do you spend in your room when there is the whole city of San Francisco on your doorstep? |

La situation géographique, la chambre, le rapport qualité prix, possibilité de dégustation de vin entre 17 et 18h, un parking proche à tarif réduit (28 dollars la journée) Le petit déjeuner "non continental" : composé de café, thé et danish uniquement. Pas de chocolat chaud nin de jus de fruit ou de pain... à prendre dans le hall d'entrée avec simplement 4 chaises et 2 canapés |

vicinanza a downtown avevo prenotato camere con 2 letti queen x camera e all' arrivo mi sono state assegnate camere con un solo letto, ho dovuto pagare il supplemento x letto in piu' |

La posizione molto centrale e l'atmosfera informale ma abbastanza ospitale. Gradevole la degustazione di vini nel pomeriggio. Il breakfast è molto scarso, termina alle 9 ma già prima è quasi tutto finito, bisogna stare in piedi o appoggiati a qualche tavolino perchè sono disponibili solo un tavolo e due divani. |

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral (man ist in 5 min. am Union Square) und liegt trotzdem ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gut und sauber. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt und würden wieder dort einchecken! |

Boa localização. Quartos confortáveis e espaçosos apesar dos isolamentos serem péssimos e tanto nos corredores como nos quartos o cheiro não ser muito agradavel Resolver o problema do mau cheiro que se faz sentir nos corredores e quartos e tratar dos isolamentos das janelas para que não seja necessário dormir com o aquecimento ligado em pleno Junho! |
