Good location, very close to tram + Union Square. Clean hotel, helpful staff. Complimentary winetasting every evening. Breakfast was a small table in the lobby with muffins + coffee/tea. |

The staff at the hotel were very efficient and friendly. They offered good advice on the local facilities and tourist activities. The wine tasting of an evening was good way to meet other travellers. |

Centrally situated for most city attractions. Staff generally helpful. Nice free wine reception each evening. The breakfast was poor. Muffins and a drink taken in the lobby does not compare favourably with other hotels. Also expensive for what it was though USA taxes seem to contribute considerably to the high cost. |

Location and lobby decoration Improve room cleaning, blinds efectiveness and breakfast which was supposed to be a continental breakfast and instead, a very basic one was offered. Location and staff were fine |

Very comfy bed and pillows. Free in room safe. Hotel staff were very understanding when we asked for a quiter room away from the road. We were given another room the very next morning. All of staff we encountered were extremely pleasant which we value very highly. Rooms slightly on the small side but it is a town house hotel so not too much of a surprise and how much time do you spend in your room when there is the whole city of San Francisco on your doorstep? |

The staff I was disappointed in the room as we only had a shower in a very small area. I didn't realize the bathroom was like that, I would have rather had a full bath, it was a bit wierd the way it was set up and the lighting was not good. The room was a bit tired and needed some redecorating. The location was good and staff as I said was wonderful and very accomodating. |

EL hotel está muy bien situado, dan desayuno y un vinito por la tarde y el precio es muy bueno. La habitación olia un poco mal. |

Das Zimmer war geräumig und nett eingerichtet, das Bad sauber, das Bett bequem. Ich hatte leider keine schöne Aussicht, das Zimmer war auch recht dunkel. WLAN gab es twar, aber leider nur gegen Zahlung. Nicht einmal in der Lobby hatte man kostenlosen Internetzugang. |

La dégustation de vin de 17h à 18h gratuit et à volonté! Super emplacement. Tres bon rapport qualité prix Le petit dejeuner : Juste café + muffins , pas de couverts tout en plastique (comme au starbuck coffee). |

Sa localisation, son rapport qualite /prix J'ai du quasiment employer la menace pour avoir le taxi commande pour l'aeroport. Ils voulaient me refile leur chauffeur qui etait 20% plus cher. Inadmissible |

Habitacion muy pequeña.El desayuno y la zona establecida para poder desayunar es bastante penosa, deja mucho que desear. No hay espacio para sentarse, se acumula la gente y tan siquiera hay mesas para poder apoyarte |

Decisamente troppo vintage. Nella descrizione andrebbe specificato che struttura e arredamento sono datati. Nello specifico nella camera assegnata ristagnava un odore sgradevole. |

Bra hotell i de centrala delarna av SF. Bra, rent och rymligt rum. Trevligt att hotellet bjöd på vin varje dag mellan 17-18. Fungerar bra med parkering ca 200 m från hotellet. |
