Great value. Very comfortable. Friendly staff. Much more pleasant atmosphere than the large, crowded, overpriced conference hotels. Near Chinatown and free wine hour from 5-6. Booking a room through sources other than the hotel does not count towards their rewards card.

Some of the staff were very friendly and the wine tasting each evening was a nice way to relax and possibly meet others at the end of the day. Bathroom was not clean and plumbing didnt work well. the worst thing was that we asked the hotel concierge to book the airport shuttle for $20 for 2 of us but it didn't show up so had to pay $50 for a taxi and the added stress of not being sure we would get to the airport in time

Great location with easy access to union square, china town and north beach. Very friendly helpful staff. Room on side of hotel had garbage trucks banging around in the morning.

Confort and room space Valet service didn't work. I arrived at hotel 9:30pm and I leaved myself at parking. When I needed my car during the afternoon, I needed to pick up it at the parking...

We were impressed with the hotel quality and ambiance for the price we paid. We were even welcomed by a complimentary bottle of wine sent to our room. The warm, fuzzy feeling ended when i went to use the restroom in our room and the toilet was full of someone elses urine. Realizing that housekeeping did not clean the toilet since the last guest, we had to wonder what else had not been cleaned (i.e. The sheets?)

It was our anniversary and our concierge complimented us with a bottle of wine. Room was very clean. No real noise level just city sounds . Loved heaving the cable cars bed was real comfy.. No real dislikes.

The character of the hotel was great. The location is close to Union Square and the Powell Street cable cars. The staff were excellent, letting us check in early and storing the luggage for us after checkout.

The staff was exceptional. From taking care of an accidental double booking, to handleing a valet parking situation in a construction area, we were treated with nothing but professionalism. I will make a point of staying here on my next trip to the city.

地奌很好，出飯店走不到兩分鐘就可以搭叮噹車，附近的聯合廣場是逛街的好地方，吃的東西也很多，很乾淨也很- 舒適，值得推薦。

Posizione molto comoda in centro per arrivo da aeroporto con Bart. Cable car a pochi passi. Union Square vicinissima. Zona tranquilla. Bella camera ampia e ampio armadio a muro (raro in altri hotels). La mattina alla reception mettono a disposizione caraffe di caffe' e di latte. Hotel ben tenuto ma abbastanza vecchiotto. Cattivo odore nella hall.

Hôtel très bien situé à la frontière entre chinatown et down town. Personnel très agréable et à petits soins. Dégustation de vins tous les soirs vers 18h qui permet de rencontrer des touristes d'autres nationalités. Chambre propre et aucun bruit pour celles qui ne donnent pas sur la rue (le demander lors de la réservation). Nous y retournerons lors de nos prochains séjours à san fancisco
