The staff was exceptional. From taking care of an accidental double booking, to handleing a valet parking situation in a construction area, we were treated with nothing but professionalism. I will make a point of staying here on my next trip to the city.

Especially helpful stuff, helped me to track some collectibles items in their spare time. Continous problem with a Wi-Fi connection, it was either very slow or completely unreachable.

Small friendly hotel, clean, comfortable rooms, good pillows, two blocks from Union Square. Two blocks from Top of The Mark. Half block from cable car line. One block to city parking lot. Near small market, wine tasting every night 5-6pm. Nice friendly lobby with fireplace. Easy to meet and talk with people. Friendly, helpful and staff. I will return many time. small bathrooms, small showers.

It was located 2 squares away from Union Square and 1.5 Square from Chinatown main street. Very good and free internet connection, I could work during 2 nigths with no problem, even using skype. Friendly staff. The room had air conditioning and heater, a good table to work, it was nice for the $320(with taxes) that I paid for 3 nights. I got the room 609 and I could notice that the acoustic isolation was not so good. But the street was calm and it really didn't bothered me.

Very nice styling, very convenient to walk or use public transport around the city. Very small room even w/ queen + upgrade. No pool or soaking tub.

We have stayed at this hotel several times before. We like the location and the value for the money. We also like the wine tastings in the evening even though we didn't attend every day. The staff is superb. I consider this a boutique hotel and it has all the services we need for a short stay. It is at the top of a very steep hill.

I thought the price for the 4 days was fantastic. The location was perfect and the staff was helpful. Overall all our stay wasn't bad. The hotel does need some work. The heating system is not very good. The bathrooms have no heat at all. Not very comfortable when it's cold out. Not sure i'd recommend someone to stay here.

I had the fortunate experience of staying in the penthouse; it was a very nice suite. Comfortable, quiet, nice bathroom, awesome sitting area. I just didn't get enough time to sit in my room and enjoy it ;) the location is very convenient: 1 block off of Powell Street, within an easy walk of everything I wanted to do. The TVs are outdated. The price was very expensive, but I think that was because many rooms throughout the city were booked for the Oracle conference happening at the same time.

The Vintage Court Hotel has a wonderful staff working at the front desk, very comfortable accommondations, and is located in a convenient part of the city. I didn't bring a laptop along on this trip and was frustrated to find that the terminal in the lobby was not in working order.

my deluxe king bed room was reasonably priced, clean my deluxe king bed room was right across from the elevator and faced a back alley that was graced by a garbage truck at 4am. the window was single paned and didn't close properly. needless to say I got little sleep.
