The convenience of having my own kitchen. But the pots & pans, utensils & basic necessities like sponge & dish soap not provided.
1st room we checked into was missing sofa sleeper bed & microwave. When we went to office they looked shocked when we told them. Next room they moved us to was missing a door to the bathroom. When we brought it to their attention they looked shocked again. I guess they don't know what's missing?? We we're ready to check out but they discounted our rate. So we stayed.....albeit without a bathroom door. LOL. My over all opinion is that this place is not worth it.
Cleaning must be priority. Amenities should be available as it should be. They run out of coffee maker, the kitchen was dirty. The hallways was dirty.
wifi didn't work requested a non-smoking room, was given a smoking room manager was very rude and belittling didn't receive house keeping once during our stay
No transportation. Only one remote for tv. No bath tub. BIG burner on the stove didn't work.
Friendly staff Felt secure
Pool rarely clean
The view of the strip.
the parking not enough of.
the price was awesome! stay there for our vlv 17 trip location is perfect took the back street bypass traffic was able to go back and forth from the orleans(where the vlv17 was held @) and here in 3 mins our room was a king bedroom suite to our surprise it had a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed (so i can see a family or friends of 4 stay there for the price of 2) we do recommend this place for vlv18 & definitely will use this one for vlv18 but next time going to get a 2 bedroom suite and split the cost with friend for a even more cheaper price and to end up having more money in our pockets for gambling liquor
wifi is slow and kitchen was not fully equipped but still ok read other reviews and i was prepared
The amenities, kitchen, breakfast
Certain staff a little bit rude
Room was good, clean.
Refrigerator was broken and never replaced or fixed, killed a cockroach in restroom, no ice machine.
kitchenette and it was close to the seminar i was attending.
lack of air conditioner in bedroom, only a vent fan thru the wall. and the curtains and shower curtain were very fragranced with febreze most likely... too stinky.
Easy to Get To And From The Strip.
The Bed Was Very Very Hard. In Fact, None of The Furniture Was The Least Bit Comfortable.
I enjoyed my stay. The room was very nice.
I paid for an upgrade of Wi-Fi and it didn't work.
That the front desk. Tried to fix the problems.
The linen on the bed had not beeen changed and there was hair in the bed too. The window in the bedroom would not open and I was staying in a suite.
There was free wifi
The bathroom was a mess. Two things I look at at hotel is the comfort of bed and cleanliness of the sheets as well as the cleanliness of the bathroom. The tub has stains and well as the ring of the toilet. The top of the toilet was broken. The rug of the room has not fully been vaccummed. When we first got there it felt as if they has sprayed something in order to cover another smell. I usually don't complain much but this room was at all not to my standards. Would not stay there again unless it was remodeled. I recommend to use Clorox to keep the room fresh and clean. Room attendant also opened door without knocking which I did not understand why they came at 9am when checkout was at 11am. Overall experience felt really dissappointed.
we really liked the size and layout of the room; also it was very quiet; the bed and 4 pillows were comfortable; we had two televisions; staff were very nice and accommodating; close to the bus stop and the strip
not enough pots and cooking utensils; missing supplies; television and phone were not working; stains on sofa and carpet; very dull decor; no pantry for food and a long walk to a grocery store
Location was good.
Needs new kitchen appliances, Fan was making loud noise, Carpet was not cleaned.
Quiet, we were able to sleep and rest, no "crazy" people around making noises. This was important since we were attending a three days intensive seminar. Good to have a full size refrigerator, and a nice 'suite' style room with a separate living room area.
Price was not according to service. Kitchen was not as "fully equipped" as they say , we had to buy a dish sponge, and they didn't have tissue paper in the room, that's basic!! No cleaning service daily. In our three days stay, we never saw a maid.
Centrally located, close to the I15 freeway and easy access to the strip.
Rooms in need of updating. We had two rooms, ours the bathroom was dingy, rusty towel rack, mismatched paint on the bathroom door, some new caulking needed. My mother-in-law's room the outlets in the kitchen didn't work, we informed the front desk, didn't get looked at during our three night stay. Also, just soap provided in the bathroom, no shampoo, conditioner or Kleenex so plan on bringing your own. Blow dryers may be available at the front desk, but you have to ask.
The hotel is really nice and includes facilities for cooking in the kitchen. The bed was clean and very comfortable, and we really like to stay at this hotel.
Since we stayed during New Year evening, It is impossible to drive to Las Vegas Blv.. We had to walk from hotel to the center. It is a little far away, and took almost 20 mins walking distance.
