The view of woods from window. Kitchenette. Water filter! Affordable. Great value. Staff helpful with directions and accommodating needs.

Smell of smoke in hallways. Partying youth loud in the hall through the wee hours (3 am) kept waking me with loud voices and laughter.

It was supposed to be a smoking room, but the previous occupants had clearly been smokers. The room smelled heavily and the smoke detector was covered in foil which would indicate that people were in fact smoking in that room.

They did not offer cleaning of room. They took towels and wash cloths and did not leave more. Noisy , on highway, traffic noise. Not much on the breakfast, coffee, apple, granola bar. Not at all professional .

The staff were pleasant and the facilities basically adequate. The laundry room requires enormous numbers of coins (twenty quarters to wash a single load) but the front desk staff were happy to make change.

The bedcovers were thin and not very warm. Cleaning is only done once per stay, which is fine except that the kitchen did not include enough tools for me to keep it clean; there was no broom or vacuum cleaner. I had to borrow a vacuum cleaner from housekeeping to keep my room from becoming unpleasantly dirty.There was also no sponge that allowed me to get the pots and pans clean. I had to buy one. The hotel is right next to I-405 and traffic noise is audible constantly. It's not a comfortable neighbourhood to walk in because of lots of car traffic. There are no shops nearby. It seems fine for driving, though.

It's good value, and a giant step up from "economy" motels. Appreciate the staff and facility. Clean and neat. Appreciate the coffee in the lobby/

Breakfast is very limited.

The bed was not very comfortable

The room said it was fully equipped with kitchen and utensils for cooking and promoted it as a "extended stay" hotel. They didnt have very many utensils, no wine bottle opener, lots of utensils looked like they went missing and weren't replaced by the hotel. Everything was mis-matched and looked like it was supplied by a thrift store. The beds were really uncomfortable, need more pillows.

I selected this hotel for location, just off the expressway. not many dining places around, but good Mexican on the otherside of the Expressway.

Room was on the 5th floor facing the express way, the windows did not fit properly, so traffic noise all night / early morning. Shame really as its just a lack of maintenace, as the room, although tired in looks, did have the means to serve a multitude number of travellers.

The day desk clerk, Caitlin, was very friendly and helpful [much more than the night clerk] and the hotel is close to downtown Bellevue, but actually across the freeway from all the attractions. It was a fairly clean room.

It is right smack on the I-405 freeway; half the rooms face it. You cannot get a smoking room on the garden side. It has almost no facilities: no business center; no pool, not even A spa; no exercise room; no breakfast room - just stuff in the lobby; the wi-fi is tricky to access. for these reasons, I will not stay there agian.

Location to our appointment and the kitchen in our room. My son thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

I liked the price and locaton. The room and facilities were simply adequate.

There are no amenities - two bars of soap. The sink was stained. By policy, the room is cleaned once a week. I stayed five days and knew the room would not be cleaned. I understood and accepted the policy. Likewise, trash was to be removed every three days. After five days, I removed my own trash. I asked for a wake up call; the facility does not make wake up calls. If you stay here, you need to understand the conditions for residence.

Affordable rates and good location with easy access to freeways.

Front desk clerk did not have my reservation, despite making it four days earlier.

Great place, very comfy. Close to freeway, but double insulated windows makes it nice and quiet.

I like how one staff handled an out of control guest. She later called our room and apologized for the inconvenience.

The comforter had holes in it.

I liked the gal at the front desk, Julie, because she was genuine and friendly and helpful.

I didn't like that the phone wasn't working for the two days I was there, nor did I like the non-automatic doors when your luggage is in both arms.
