Extended Stay Deluxe - Orlando - Lake Buena Vista  

The location was very convient to all Disney parks. Very easy accessto I-4 interstate. They had the room as we had asked. Coffee was very good. Ticket purchase at the hotel made things very improved for our visits to the parks.

Contiental breakfast was out about 1 1/2 before times posted. Carpet in the rooms is past due to replace.

Great room layout...2 Queen beds, sitting area and a small kitchen.

The room is in need of a heavy cleaning and some minor repairs. The breakfast left much to be desired.

Fantastic location, ideal for my conference at the Marriott. The price charged was superb, the room wwas large, clean and absolutely perfect. The breakfast was ok, cannot complain for the price paid.

It was a good value for money place to stay. It was more of an apartment than a hotel as there was no bar, restaurant etc. The apartment itself was large enough for us and had two queen (king) sized beds that were very comfortable but the pillows needed renewing. The shower over the bath was very efficient. There was plenty of room to hang clothes (two wardrobes with shelving and drawers). Small kitchen with table and chairs, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee perculator. The air conditioning unit came on and off automatically with the temperature of the room and was a bit noisy but very efficient.

One of the girls on reception took a phone call when I had just asked her directions. I waited nearly ten minutes and she didn't even acknowledge that I was still there waiting for her response to my question. By then my husband had found the information we needed and we left. This particular member of staff could have been a bit more considerate. Also, one day, one of our beds had not been made when we got back to our room and we were told that if any of our belongings were on the bed, they would not make the bed. There was a camera charger on the bed and so they did not make it !!! Breakfast was ok but very limited and in an outside seating area which could get quite hot in August (most people took their food up to their rooms to eat). The pool was small but looked ok. The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy and it came on and off automatically.

Location was great. The room suited my needs as a business traveler perfectly. The facilities were very well maintained and the staff was very friendly. All in all, a very good experience.

Everything was more than we expected! I was pleasantly surprised at the size of our room and it was very clean. I have already told everyone that would listen how great our stay was!

Front door is never locked, bed was too firm, A/C unit was so loud - some difficulty getting to sleep

The rooms were clean with a full refrigerator with freezer and microwave. The hotel was conveniently located to all the attractions. The staff was always helpful, especially Rose. I had a great stay and will definitely come back when I'm back in Orlando.

Location and staff are great. We've been ath this hotel before and everything was great, like before. (A localização e a equipe são ótimos. Já estivemos neste hotel antes, e tudo estava muito bom, como antes).

Air didn't work properly. Bathroom was not clean. Blanket had toothpaste all over it. Room really needed some improvements.(torn couch) Grease dripping from hood over stove

Nos sorprendio gratamente el sitio, los dormitorios muy bien equipados, camas grandes y cómodas y muy buen servicio, sobretodo por parte de la recepcionista diana, que nos ayudo durante toda la estancia. El transfer para disney esta disponible para ir a las 8:30 y 11:00 y la vuelta a las 18:30 o 22:00, muy acertadas las horas, ademas que es el ultimo punto de recogida y el primer sitio al que paran a la vuelta y son solo 10 minutos hasta el parque epcot

Lo malo de orlando es que si no alquilas coche, el transporte publico es un poco deficiente, cada linea pasa cada media hora o una hora y si llueve más, en nuestro caso fuimos sin coche y la linea 50 pasaba cada media hora y luego habia que conectarlas con otras rutas si se queria ir a hollywood studios o los outlet o centros comerciales

Localizacao excelente,fácil acesso a vários pontos turísticos.Local bem tranquilo,sem tumulto.Quartos bons com cozinha equipada.

O mesmíssimo café da manha todos os dias.Sem variacoes.

La Ubicacion es muy buena y la limpieza es adecuada,y el desayuno es suficiente.

La Habitacion no tiene sino una sola cortina y si se abren se ve todo desde el exterior, deben colocarle el velo ya que por lo visto lo tuvo instalado en el pasado. El equipo de aire-calefaccion tiene una fuga y humedece la alfombra.

Hotel eh bem localizado, e possui uma copa bem equipada no quarto.

As atendentes sao mal educadas, e o serviço eh pessimo, a limpeza do quarto horrivel somente arrumam a cama.!!!

E sem duvida um excelente hotel,podem se hospedar la que e muito tranquilo, ja mim hospedei em outros hoteis de 5 estrelas,mas apredi que naoexiste esse lance de estrela pois este hotel oferece mais do que um hotel 4 estrelas.

Bom eu gostei da localização, do espaço do quarto e da tranquilidade do hotel!!!

Que eu não tenha gostado não, eu voltaria no hotel com certeza....mas como os quartos são de carpetes as faxineiras não aspiram só acho que deveriam aspirar duas vezes por semana ao invés de uma!!! De resto foi otimo!!!

Nos atendieron de maravillas y las instalaciones son excelentes. Muy bueno el parking y desayuno incluido.

The suite was nice and roomy. The air conditioning unit would cycle off when it had reached the proper temperature. The beds were comfortable. The desk staff was pleasant to us and quick to try to assist us in our needs. Over all it was a most enjoyable stay.

The only thing that was not enjoyable was the fact that the breakfast tables and chairs were all outside and in the summer time that is not a welcome place. However, we did have the choice of taking our breakfast to the room and eating at the table there.
