The accomodation, value and service was great no real problems to report No just a lack of bus routes and public transport. A car is essential and needs to be advised to future guests |

It's easy access to theme parks, shopping mall, and best is "Breakfast" is right down stair. There aren't any bowls in my room. I request 4 times and still nothing deliver to my room which I was told that housekeeper will bring me some??? Please correct that. |

The room was not clean. The bathroom floor was dirty. Chair seat and pull out bed sofa bed was broken. The kitchen cabinets finish was peeling. |

Good Location, clean rooms, good value. They have a laundry that we used, and the hot tub was clean and felt great. The hotel was quite an old hotel and the furniture was old and used. It was clean, but the couch was broken down and the beds were squeaky. |

The location is excellent (easy access to all Theme Parks and Shopping). Nice and wide room. Value for money. Room cleanliness should be improved. |

My family was satisfied with our visit. Children liked the pool and it's heated water. Breakfast was not perfect but better than nothing. Personnel was very helpful. Room were big enough for my family (2 adults and 3 children between 14 and 9 yrs). |

The facilities regarding the room itself were very good and within expected parameters. The care of the concierges is also to be noted as very good. The cleanliness of the staff that was taking care of the continental breakfast is subject to some doubt. |

We were a family of five with small children. This is a perfect Hotel for family with children. Located in a serene atmosphere, with very helpful staff. It is also not so far from holiday attractions. No public transport, but good taxi service used by the hotel. Families on vacation with their own car or rented car can enjoy their stay better. |

Nice location to all attractions. The kitchen area is good for keeping the budget under control. We did not get a non smoking unit when we checked in and had to switch to a king size unit.We had four people to accomodate so it was a good thing we had a air mattress. |

It was a very convenient hotel to stay. I felt like I was staying at a condominium since they have a kitchen, living room and bed room all in one room . So for those people who want to save money,and have a descent comfortable place to stay while vacationing in Orlando, I would highly recommend this hotel. They have only 2 trips in a day to go to Disneyworld. |

The room was clean, the staff was friendly. The room rate included breakfast and the room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was cereal, pastry/muffins, bagels with condiments and fresh fruit. There was also fruit juice and coffee. There was a games room, swimming pool and laundry that was kept clean the whole time we were there. We needed 5 days accomodation before our timeshare started. |
