Extended Stay Deluxe Hotel Orlando - Lake Buena Vista  

Very convenient to Downtown Disney area and restaurants, good parking, kitchen amenities were excellent, bedding was comfortable

Rooms are old and in need of serious refurbishing - carpet is worn/frayed, bedspreads stains, bathroom tile cracked all the way across, ceiling had major water damage. Also, there is no soundproofing between the rooms and the hallway. You could carry on a conversation with people in 4 different rooms while their doors are closed by standing the hall speaking at a normal volume. Breakfast is sub-par.

The front desk staff were not very helpful with questions unrelated to the hotel itself...like how to get from point a to point B. But all staff were very kind.

Staff were very prompt and willing to assist in any requests made. I could not open my luggage upon arrival and the staff quickly help me break the lock so that i could have access to all my personal belongings. I cant imagine going to the shop to get the extra clothing if i could not open my luggage. Though it was mentioned that breakfast is only bagels and coffee, we were offered few varieties of bread and cakes plus cereals. This is above board of what we paid for. The rooms were cleaned every day without fail and the overall keeping of the premises were in tip top condition. The room size is a real plus. The kitchen also has every thing you needed. Checking in and out was a breeze. Very efficient indeed, i would definitely come back again if i do need a stay and would also recommend it to my friends! Thank you.

Internet We paid extra for internet. The speed of internet was good at first night. But the rest of 2 days sucks. My friend had to go out of room to connect it successfully. He went downstairs and asked to the night audit, he said I don't know you can ask front desk tomorrow

I loved that Extended Stay was conveniently located to Walt Disney attractions and nearby restaurants. The hotel was geared towards families and very reasonably priced. My husband and I enjoyed the breakfast and made it very easy to get a quick bite to eat and head out to Disney World. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large and clean. We would definitely stay there again!!

Very nice and helpfull stuff. Great location for those who came to visit Disney parks and have a car. Clean rooms. Have almost all kitchen utensils you need.

If you come to visit Disney parks, take in account that shuttleto the parks is twice in the morning and 3 times at the evening, better to have a car.

The price was unbeatable. Free breakfast. Ability to buy Orlando attraction tickets was wonderful. Pool/hot tub. Friendly and helpful staff. When we are in Orlando we would definitely be a repeat customer.

The Hotel is good place to stay where amenities are found nearby if you are driving. Easy access to the theme parks via the highway. Restaurants and Foodmarts are found nearby.Hotel and it's rooms are clean and well kept. Rooms are regulary attended and kept clean with changing our towel regulary by housekeeper. A great place to stay with reasonable budget. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Given by rating for all hotel staff excellent.

If you are not driving will be a bit of troublesome. Althought public transport are available. Buses come down very half a hour and one single bus number available just infront of the hotel which you need to transfer to the next bus number to go to the theme parks or restaurants. The staff should be well inform with necessary information regard the bus route to all the themes parks and amenities.Hotel should have a rental bicycle available for the guest which they could use it as leisure cycling.

The price and Location were great. The hotel needed to update the carpets and bedding. The hallways smelled like smoke since half the hotel was smoking, but the location and amenities were worth it.

I can say that in general our stay at the Extended Stay Deluxe Lake Buena Vista was good. The breakfast was not excellent, but it was ok, There were some negative points which were: 1- We were given the room number 124 which was beside to the door to the backyard parking. Besides the fact that it was very noisy with the guest coming in and out of the hotel even after the midnight, we noticed that it was broken and could not be locked for some days, which made us afraid of people of no relation to the hotel could come in to our room. 2- The sofa-bed was very unconfortable the mattress was so thin that we could feel all the springs. 2- Which makes more upset was the roughness of the night recepcionist called "Sharon ou Shallon". Very impacient because of my not good English, I suppose. When I asked her name he said it in a very low voice, and she asked my room number. When I asked her why she wanted to know my room number, she said it was just to know. I guess she was trying to intimidates me. Although these small problems had happened I definitely would come back there.
