Just the location is the only convenient.
The room carpet is horrible, they must be fixing car transmission in there.
cheap, value for money - 40 minutes from SF yet not expensive, good for one night stop on the road
poor shower, in the middle of nowhere
I use to like the price
I did not like that they raised the rates now it's not worth it
The attitude of staff is not very good.
I did not like anything except price. I booked the motel for 2 nights and stayed only one night, because it wasn't possible to stay more than 1 night.
Room was smelling, towels were of very poor quality and would hurt when you wipe after shower, blankets had cigarette burn, freeze was not working, nothing was good.
Pretty clean and quiet, security there
Guests walking around makes the place not comfortable.
very clean pool and hot tub - initially. excellent pool maintenance
large sign states "NO ONE UNDER 14 ALLOWED IN HOT TUB". is largely ignored as many kids, as young as 5 months old without diapers is freely allowed to use the hot tub. After getting permission to get a few extra hangers from maid cart, maid attacked us saying that we need to ask her first. Management backed her up all the way.
The staff were very polite.
The air condition didn't work during two nights, and the hotel didn't has another room. Just at day 3 we can change the room. In the first and second night the hotel has police because problem with guests.
Cant find anything cheaper around there
You get what you pay for
Nothing at all
I went to check in after driving all night and was very strongly told not till 2 and I went back at 2 and they still weren't ready for me but was checking in people who did not have reservations. I finally got my room about 3. There is no soap glasses or ice bucket or ash trays. I went to the office and at least got soap and a ash tray. Then the air conditioner didn't work I asked about it they offered me a different room with only one bed which fine I could deal with that no big deal but I open the door and it wasn't cleaned bed had been slept in and condoms laying around sorry but my 7 year old did not need to see that. Then for being clean no my daughter took a bath washed and clean got out of the tub walked to the bed and the bottom of her feet where like they never saw water that is way to gross. Got up the first morning and found cockroaches in the bathroom double gross. But what really got me is when you walked into the office it ranked of pot smell I get very ill from the smell so I didn't go in unless I had to. I wouldn't even let my daughter go in made her stand outside by the door. I would never ever stay there again. There is no way it's a 3 star hotel.
Thank you for the contact. I too am sorry for the over booking of the previous reservation. Regarding that issue. I am now at the "Americas best value inn Hayward / Union City that you recommended to me. I am on the third floor in room 302. This is especially convenient since it is close to one of the two STAIRCASES available. (The elevator is not in service) I was going to take this opportunity to update my iPad and iPhone But you need to be plugged in WITH WIFI to access this feature. So, 3rd floor, no elevator, no wifi, no pool, no spa? What's Not to Like? I'm Not Happy, Not Pleased, Not Satisfied. But I am now tired and bummed. Thank you. Jeff
Lowest priced room w/option to add 2nd bed online!
Parking lot too small when sold out. We had to get permission to park in Registration Parking area one of the nights.
near SFO within reasonable budget for 1 night
strong tobacco smell in the room, broken shower, dirty room everywhere you looked
Hotel room was old and didn't look clean. TV wasn't plugged in and had to connect antenna to the TV myself. Comforter had stains on it.
the personel in the night were friendly
roaches in room, and most o the people live in hotel. its ok if your just staying 1 night and your american but i would not suggest the hotel if your european and traveling to US for 1st time
The only thing that was nice was the pool.
The rooms literally smelled like sweat. The beds felt rough and left your skin itchy like if there was fleas. The fridge was not working nor was the AC and it was hot.
It was a decent price
the room smelled a bit, and the neighbors were noisy
Best price, clean, great blackout curtains, decent pool and jacuzzi. Good nighttime security posted at parking entrance.
Air conditioner in one of our 2 rooms was barely adequate and the refirgerator in the other room didn't work. Other than that everything worked fine.
Security guard on site
the location and the price were great
one spider and two cockroaches, and the police "raid" were not so great
