The ladies at the front desk (Sarah was on day, don't know night lady's name) were friendly and helpful re: finding locations of restaurants, gas stations, etc
Constant door slamming after 11pm.Engines revving in the parking lot after midnight. Other guests were not considerate.
the view was cool the place was pretty clean the food was great the staff was very pleasant and helpful
the pillows were flat and thin but all in all things were good!
The Staff is great, The breakfast was excellent, Rooms are nice. Will stay there again.
Floors need to be cleaner, especially in bathroom and by head-boards, Very dusty inside of cabinets under tv and by beds. Biggest complaint, the homeless people wondering around all night long and across the street by 7-eleven. Made us very nervous leaving anything in our car.
The room was very dirty. I don't think they have vacuumed or shampooed the carpet in years. Very grimy and sticky to walk on.
The facility was very clean and it sooted are stay just fine.
When I arrived for check in at 3pm the on staff counter person was very rude to me. In front of my young son. Not very good costumer service.
old food left in the refrigerator, bathroom floor sticky
The breakfast bar was very good, lots of choices (not just continental!). Room adequate & comfortable. Good location, close enough to walk to downtown area easily. Many of the other folks staying seemed to be regulars, maybe long-term even, since the front-desk clerks seemed to know them all! Interesting bunch if you like to people-watch over breakfast as we do...
Our room (on back side of bldg.) was rather dark unless we opened curtains, which was OK because nothing but a blocked-off slope behind (no one would be looking in from there)
staffs were super kind
everything except kind staffs..bed and floor were really dirty.
Ok place to stay in a snow storm.
1) I told them when I checked in that I would pay in cash, and I had even put it on the reservation with Booking.com. Then when I was checking-out, the receptionist charged my credit card before even giving me a chance to say anything. She reembursed it, but then I ended up paying more in the exchange rate. Totally unfair. 2) The breakfast goes to until 9am, but the girl starting taking the food away at 8:55 even with me there trying to get good. I had to ask her to wait. 3) The location is central, but seems a little unsafe at night. 4) The bedroom door had a gap, meaning that a person could look into the room if wanted. 5) TVs are the old version, which shows me there is a lack of investment. 6) Sent an email to the hotel chain and never received a response.
Free breakfast, great location, nice staff. clean and reasonably priced.
The location was very central to what we wanted to do in Spokane. The breakfast offering was good and very popular.
We needed to change rooms twice in order to get one that was clean. The floors hadn't been vacuumed in either of the first two. The bathroom in the first room did not seem to have been cleaned. One of the front desk staff was very accommodating, the other was being stretched to be civil.
TV channels, bed was comfortable, generally courteous staff.
Room was disgusting, there was dust everywhere. Door was damaged both from the lock and inside (scratches and dirt) and didn't shut properly. Bathroom counter was falling apart on one side. Unsightly stains on carpet made me afraid to walk barefoot. In general, room looked like it had not been maintained. Never, ever again. This is the worst hotel experience, especially for the price. We travel to Spokane frequently and were hoping to be return customers at this hotel. Definitely not happening.
Looks nothing like the pictures needs to be refreshed.
General state of disrepair.
Great Staff. Very nice room, clean, quiet, comfortable.
The bed linen was dirty and got many stains. Should be replaced. The carpet was not felt clean as well. Won't be back again.
Everything about this place excellent. When I travel to spokane I'll always stay here.
Can't think of anything
Clean. Walking distance from many shops n restaurants
We had issues with our keys needs system update
The shower was very low and had poor water pressure
Was not very clean.
Close to freeway. The day staff pleasant, and easy to make last minute changes.
Same food everyday. No variety and way to many carbohydrates. Housekeeping needs more training.
Easy access to the highway. Free breakfast.
Wall 6ft from window, gloomy room. As the map was incorrect on booking.com it took us ages to find the hotel.
Rooms where gross, people where shady, drug deals outside, smelled like poop
The only nice thing about this place was that it had cable.
No mini fridge. Dirty. Im sure there was blood on the wall. Staff was nice until you had a problem. The kind of room that you dont sleep under the covers or even go bare foot. We made our reservation online, and that automatically made us second rate guests.
It fit my needs. Nothing fancy for sure but I needed a place to sleep and have a cold beer after a long day of driving. It was great that it was only a block from the interstate. And I was real vole to downtown. Having a fridge and microwave in the room was a bonus as well.
The raging domestic in the parking lot in the middle of the night. Doesn't seem to matter where I stay in Spokane, that always happens.
