Not enough variety at breakfast
Few restaurants other than fast food were available within ten miles.
Big spacious rooms, quiet room, guest laundry is great.
No restaurant in the Hotel, but I found an interesting Country style restaurant about 200 metres down the road after consulting the staff. I went 2 nights in a row, and cheap.
Staff were very nice. Room was large, bathroom was nice. Late check-out time is nice.

Your staff that takes reservations are if you call hotel direct ignorant of on-line site specials and refuse to acknowledge them you would have lost us if not for on-line customer service

This hotel was one of the best hotel I've stayed at! The staff was very helpful and friendly, right down to the cleaning people. They gave me information on where places were and even traffic information and what time to be on the road. I'm glad I chose this place and will choose it again in the future.
The only thing that I did not like and this is very minor but maybe a ceiling fan in the room to keep the room air circulating. But that's the only thing

I liked the room itself, it was exceptionally clean and I liked the space of the room and the bathroom, and the flat screen television on the wall. The whole building was nice.
I forgot to give the staff my AAA card on arrival and I attempted to give it to them during my stay but they would not accept the card. I was told that the discount could only be applied upon my arrival. After paying almost $300 for my room I was hoping to get at least that courtesy of applying the discount. Also, I was in a smoking room and whenever I smoked the other guests were so disruptive by banging on the walls and dropping things on the floor above me that it prevented me from enjoying my entire stay. Why are they beating on the walls and the floor and I was in a smoking room I am not sure. One of the young ladies at the front desk needs to be re-trained as to what good customer service is. I asked her for things that I needed for my stay and I felt like I was interrogated by her. I received the impression from her that she thought that I was going to steal these items. She wanted to know how long I was staying and when I told her she then wanted to know what room I was staying in as if she did not believe me what I was telling her. I should not have to explain myself to an employee that I am helping to pay for their paycheck.

site was wrong NO HOT TUB!!! they said they havent had one in 2 years. i had narrowed it down to two with hot tubs ,picked this one got there and found out hard way. very dissapointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Comfy beds. Quiet.
Not really a convenient airport hotel as they don't provide a shuttle. Industrial breakfast is nothing special.
