Easy to find, front desk staff very helpful. The lemon water was a nice treat in the lobby

Housekeeping leaving pillow cases on the dresser, having to ask to get the linens changed when there was sand on the sheets. Being woke up at 8am by them was disappointing.

- The reservation wasn't honored in full (I reserved 2 queen beds and got 1 king) - The "themed" room has nothing different or exciting than any regular room - The price was unfair (I've been on different hotels and never felt so ripped off)

The rooms were very well kept up and clean. The location was great for a Disneyland trip. It was convenient to have a room safe and a refrigerator. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is very convenient for those who plan to visit Disneyland. It is in a short walking distance.

Sofa bed was quite small for adult. You can't turn during the night.

Walking distance to Disneyland and ca adventure is a great plus and the only reason to stay there.

Old facilities, decorations and furniture dated and low quality, resort view is over the parking lot toward another hotel. While it is a budget hotel, very close to Disneyland, it still feels too expensive for the "quality". Only reason to go is the walking distance to Disney. However, most hotels in the immediate area are very dated .

I liked that is was walking distance from Disneyland. There were options for food at the Hotel, but would have liked a free breakfast, or free parking for the price we paid for the room .

Awesome location to access Disneyland across the road. Incredible service from Bernie at reception who checked us in early after an exhausting flight and customs experience from Australia.

Only a coffee machine available in room rather than a kettle for tea, etc. Boiled water only accessible from upstairs during times of day where food area was open which was a little inconvenient.

Problems were solved by staff immediately

Walking distance, very close to Disneyland maingate; very clean; cutesy yet nice decor; can see Disneyland fireworks from our 9th story room; small marketplace with tables to buy easy meals; very friendly valets; enjoyed the lemon & lime water at the front entrance

The location. We were able to view the fireworks from the hotel room. The restaurant/ Pizza Hut on the 3rd Floor and it was near McDonalds.

I loved the Maid service every day, nothing like walking around Disneyland all day long and coming back to a clean bedroom! The maid even put my child's stuffed animals on the bed... cute

Jennifer at the front desk was more than helpful and truly provided the best customer service. I would stay her again for her service and the facility.

No response from calls to desk.. repetitive hold with no end. Not enough towels, no response to attempts for more. Difficult self-parking, perhaps better with valet.
