The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful.

the Jacuzzi tub was dirty, couldn't use it. had a scum of dirt. the outlet in the bathroom is loose, had to keep jiggling cord to make appliance stay on.

Staff friendly and very comfortable beds.....

Front desk ppl were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Hot continental bkfst was superb and the dining area manager was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I wanted or needed.

Not a lot was in walking distance besides one restaurant. Given the cost of taxi fares in Atl, it would've been nice to have a more frequent shuttle schedule.

Wish we had 2 queen beds instead of full beds. Didn't sleep well cramped in a full bed. We were told at check in they were 2 queen beds when we asked, but they weren't.

At the airport when I my flew in from Spain, no one explained how the shuttle system works, we waited in the cold wind for 45 min. The Fairfield Inn is not on Hotel Board at Hotel Shuttles. No help and my wife did not have a warm coat. Unreal! Someone needs to explain how the Shuttles work if going to Airport

They were remodeling the whole floor and smelled terribly like paint fumes. They had no other rooms available. I wish I had known when I booked. I woke up with a terrible headache. The room numbers were written on masking tape. How do I post pictures?

The shuttle did not run as listed on the schedule and other hotels shuttles picked up and returned several times before we were picked up.

We wanted a place close by the airport to get some respite from traveling between London and home in New Orleans. As it turned out, Fairfield Inn was more than adequate, and probably the best hotel we stayed in during our vacation in Europe. We especially appreciated the transportation to and from the airport, and completed our journey the next day refreshed and renewed.

We needed and requested a wake up call for 5 am for a 7:50 flight. We did not receive that call.

1. I have no wake up call ( I made a request for me at 5.00am and for my daughter at 7.30 am but it's okay, I had my clock on for me, but my daughter finnally got a call at 8.00. 2. No swimming pool, they have whirlpool, but it's too hot. I wish they will built outdoors pool)
